I want my order cancelled an my money refunded, it's been over 2 weeks and still shows "in process"

Yes it's pricey but so many more unique items, more than what you find out a typical retailer. Also the staff are super knowledgeable and eager to help. It doesn't hurt the store is beautiful and the location is lovely. Worth it!
