“So after calling samsung twice because the first time I spoke to samsung they wanted to charge me $99 before even seeing my phone, after hanging up and calling a nice human being they told me since my phone was in warranty that I could go to ubreakifix to check the issue. The bearded gentleman there with the pony tail (don't know his name unfortunately) assisted me right away and told me after doing a quick clean up with a specialized tool he was able to get it working in seconds. Didn't even charge me since it was a quick clean up job. Unfortunately they don't sell that tool here because I would of bought it just out of respect to support the buisness. Good honest employee there! Highly recommend it if your phone is under the weather.”
