I switched from Mount Sinai Coral Gables Medical center ( my doctor left them and additionally, the customer service turned into a disaster) to this location of Doctor's Medical center about a year ago.My very picky husband swears by this center's excellent staff, customer care, services, doctors, professionalism and additionally it is 6 blocks from our house.Well he was right. Dr. Sulay, Eneida, Dr. Yuri, Marielys Martinez Aleman are some of the excellent folks that work there and take care of us. Kudos to everyone and we highly recommend Doctor's Medical center at 5535 SW 8th Street.

I have been a patient of Drs Medical for about 15 years or so. I was recently transferred to another office unbeknownst to my knowledge and no explanation was given. In the last couple years I have been through a couple different primary care providers which can be frustrating because as soon as you become familiar with one person, you're on to another. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous, majority of the staff especially at the Jackson North office are rude and unprofessional! They never know what is going on, EVER! At this point I feel that if I stay here any longer my health will be in jeopardy. It never used to be like this at all. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and moving on to another facility is inevitable. Please look elsewhere for professional and caring people for your Healthcare needs.

The reason I started going here was that I live no more than 6 blocks from this center and I knew one of the doctors. Unfortunately she left. However, the staff and the nurse who recently attended me (Sulay Perez, cured an infection on my neck) are so brilliant, kind and professional that I decided to stay with Doctor's.

This place is sucks don’t go there, they don’t know what to do and they will waste your time, also they barley speak English, my experience is really bad with them and for sure never coming back

0 stars if i could. Two hours sitting down again, absolute waste of time. There isn't even that many people. I hoped they would have done something about the wait times, but they have not. If you have something to do after, have at least 3 hours to spare, if not you will have to leave and find yourself here another day.

Horrible place, the wait time is excruciatingly long and if you have an appointment you have to wait about 2 hours extra as opposed to the actual time you have to check in. The doctors don't seem to know what they're doing as well, referred me to the same lab tests 3 times to end up saying he no longer wants to see me anymore. Avoid this place at all costs.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible place. I came 30 minutes before my appointment to fill out paper work. Once 11:30 came around (my appointment time) they told me I had to wait. I wasn't seen until 12:50 & to make things worse my physical exam was done in a room with the door wide open and every minute or so they'd bring other people in to take their blood pressure or to weigh them. The nurse who took care of me was on her phone & barely looked at me. Once my vitals were taken, she told me I had to wait outside again because 2 more patients are ahead of me and even when I told her how my appointment was over an hour ago she said there was nothing she could do. They didn't give me an estimated time to wait and I'm honestly going to leave at 1:45 whether I've been seen or not. Absolutely horrible service & I don't recommend anyone come here. I will definitely be changing my PCP.

Don't come to this place, they will waste your time and come up with whatever excuse to make you feel sorry for them. I for one am not a customer but to schedule 3 people at the same hour is just straight disrespectful.

Had an appointment for 11:45. They said I was not in the system. I was just trying to figure out who I spoke to then. They must have ghost receptionist. But the front desk lady with the blondish brown curly hair just said "Your not in the system." And turned me away. Who did I speak to than?! Dr. Chinea was supposed to be my PCP as it says on my insurance. I made the appointment as a first time patient and was treated like an alien when I got there. Never going back here again. Would not recommend this office.

Doctors Medical Center is run professionally, is staffed with courteous and kind employees. The pediatricians, Dr. Barrios and Dr. Felipe are exceptional, well trained, knowledgeable Doctors. So lucky to have found them. The radiologist, Mr. Miranda, was kind enough to see my son without an appt., We had the X-ray done in a matter of minutes at their center. Love this Pediatrics and they also care for adults as well.

The new foot doctor just put a bandaide on my foot instead of wrapping it with gauze.
