The furniture is in line with my style and I purchased quite a large selection. i must warn those who do their DELIVERY is horrible And most likely you will not get your order as told or as they forgot to mention. Not worth it to me anymore. Just a warning

Awful experience today.. just awful. I understand the store was busy but I was never greeted, acknowledged not even a smile. I found what I needed and I went to stand in line where I always stand and was yelled at because that is not where the line started, I moved to where I was told. All 3 registers were busy and I believe we waited over 15 minutes in line. When it was my turn the woman in the middle Ceci turned around and said she was leaving on break, she walks out from behind the register recognized the person behind me and said she would help her at the middle register, I turned around and said that I was first. I was finally called up to the register and she waited and took care of the client behind me. Shame on you Crate & Barrel @merrick park... such a beautiful store with awful service.

I wish I could live in this store. Their displays are beautiful and inspiring. The employees were friendly and helpful. Their selection in the children's department was adorable. The price may seem a bit high but the quality is so good it is worth it.

Store looked really nice (thanks to an outstanding Visual Team!) and was well stocked for our Saturday visit. Unenthused by all the white and cream EVERYTHING, but excited to see the new leathers coming in furniture soon according to Luis, the Store Manager. The Christmas ornaments and decorations are in ample supply! NOW is the time to buy yours! It was great to see the knives displayed back in the front of the store, right where they have always been and belong. (Nobody puts baby in a corner!!). Stop by, and when you do, tell them: "Mary says 'HI!'" ?

I had the worst experience at the store today. I was first treated as invisible and then when I went to complete my purchase my Cb2 card was decline for fraud but the manager kept telling me I probably didn’t pay my bill for I maxed out my card. Who tells a customer that they probably didn’t pay their bill. I’m never going to this store again and will be canceling my account .

Today I had an appointment with Crate&Barrel in Coral Gables, Miami for a design consultation about the oval marble dining room table i purchased with 4 chairs, but still waiting delivery.When I arrived at the store, they couldn't find my appointment. I showed them my appointment confirmation:Your Appointment Has Been Scheduled!Monday, October 16, 202310:00 - 10:45Eastern TimeThey finally agreed to honor the reservation for an in-store design consultation and I was introduced to Gloria.As the appointment progressed, I could tell by her aggressive and condescending tone of voice and rude, dismissive behavior that she was genuinely irritated. For example, when I told Gloria that I only had approximate measurements, she stood up in a dramatic way and started to barrage me about how I could possibly turn up to such an appointment without any measurements! I don’t understand why the attitude; the measurement of the table & chairs can be accessed through my account.Gloria lacked not only mere manners, but professionalism and failed horribly at being a face and a representative of such a high-end store as Crate&Barrel! What I hoped would have been an informative design consultation appointment to determine which chairs would work best with the table, which I have purchased already, turned out to be a nightmare.I have lived in many places like NYC, CT, and I have never ever experienced such rudeness from a sales assistant! Gloria’s condescending and aggressive attitude towards me left me in shock! I simply could not believe that a sales rep from a luxury-store like Crate&Barrel would treat me so poorly, especially after making a purchase of $4,000.I consider myself a loyal customer of Crate&Barrel for many, many years; I even have a cc with you, but the gravity of Gloria’s unprofessionalism and offensive behavior towards me this morning at the Coral Gables, Miami store really makes me question returning to the only Crate&Barrel store in my area or making further purchases. To be frank, I’m even considering cancelling the order for the table & chairs.

Stuck up ignorant service. How you are spoken to is incredibly rude and judgmental—awful service. Not only ice suits in front of the register lady for 10 minutes while she was having a casual conversation with someone, but I have also been spoken to like I’m stupid by at one of the male employees.

Did the private registry event with my fiancé - I just love everything about this store. It’s pricey but well organized and makes me want to re decorate every room in my house.

I've been coming here for a long time as I own a catering company. We always purchase our platters and salad bowls here. More recently we've begun using crate and barrel to furnish our offices and tasting room. Quality and look is always timeless and you can't beat the holiday deals they have. Lily has always been a big help for me every time I've come in over the last 3 years. More recently I've been bringing the ladies from the office to help with design and taste. Can't recommend this place enough. Great service in both in the show room and the loading dock area.

Last time I come to this location, me and my wife visited this store and immediately the manager was all over us as if we were going to steal something, we sat on one of the sofas to test it , and the guy again was like asking if we needed something but in a tone that didn’t feel right, then we tried looking at the rest of the store and a lady kept also like checking on us and again asked us if we needed something, it made us feel so uncomfortable that we just decided to leave and even then another member of the staff followed us until we exited the store, I’ve been to many crate & Barrels stores and this had never happened before, I don think we look suspicious or anything like that, we felt very uncomfortable, and are never going back to this location again.

Ordered a bunkbed from the Merrick Park store! The Manager Alejandro was fantastic advising and providing solutions to which would be the best bed to buy. He provided us with a delivery date, and to our surprise he managed to have the delivery arrive 3 weeks early! Unfortunately the bed arrived with imperfections, to which we called and in a very courteous response, it was replaced 1 week later! We have to say that this store personnel deserve a 10-star review! Keep the excellent attitude and work! See you soon for a new purchase.

Love Crate & Barrel. Bought a gift at this location today. Was told I could build my own gift box at home. I laughed & said you must be kidding. Tulio was an absolute brat to me. I called her out for her behavior & she rolled her eyes. Terrible job wrapping on purpose. Tape sideways, ripped box. I have bought around 200 gifts from this store for clients & friends. This cashier should be fired. No correcting rude & stupid. Bye.
