Brought my car over to Countach after the front bumper got ripped off and they did a great job! It had a bit of damage and you can’t even tell the difference. They had to order parts and the repairs only took a couple of weeks, which was surprising. Customer service is great and we will continue to use them if we ever have another repair need. Thank you!

I am the proud owner of a Porsche Panamera4, with a big break on the windshield unfortunately. This said, I contacted a number of shops ans after all of my exploratory experiences and due to the outstanding world class customer service, professionalism, and subject matter experts of my high end vehicle and the care it required to having this resolved and all applicable sensors work, etc. I decided to go with Countach.
They delivered and beyond. I will like to personally command Dominic for his availability, and consistent professionalism to delivering a flawless repair, but an awesome and genuine customer experience.

An excellent shop. Dominic was responsive. They did have an issue with delivered parts being incorrect. Also, if you have $ to pay, they only take cash. My mistake as it was texted to.

My 2024 Altas Cross Sport was involved in an accident and I would like to give a massive thanks to Abraham, Israel and the team that was involved in the repairs of my vehicle. Without a doubt the best body shop in town . Thank you guys !!!

If I could give this shop no stars I would they are the worst shop ever! They put damaged parts on my vehicle and I didn’t notice till I was getting the car washed and when I looked internally that I realized this, I immediately called them and spoke with Abraham which is the shop owner and he was extremely rude and irrational just wouldn’t listen to me and kept talking over me not allowing me to speak, he just kept saying the car left the shop we don’t know what you did with your vehicle after leaving here and that I should’ve checked before leaving, when I literally left the shop just hours before. AVOID AT ALL COST THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!

Even if your insurance company sends you there , avoid Countach and pick another option. They are very slow and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They are not friendly with customers. They took the bumper off my BMW X5 and lost the internal back up sensors (two sensors-200 dollars each). I went straight to another body shop and the first thing said was that the backup sensors were missing. When I called they did not even understand what part I was talking about and simply denied loosing anything. They never provided a report or an estimate of their work. Really disappointing. I notified USAA that they should reconsider this relationship.

Very unprofessional and slow. My car sat in the shop from Monday to Friday without any work being done and no communication to me. When I called late Thursday afternoon they said that the car wasn’t ready because they couldn’t get approval from the insurance company because there was a busy signal. I replied, did you try sending an email?! Such incompetence and laziness. Acting like they don’t know what’s going on. I was instructed by insurance to pick up the car because their labor rates were too high; something I could have known on day 1 if they had done their job. In addition when I went to pick up the car there was a new dent on the side over wheel; very small, but even so I know that it happened while the car was at their shop. The manager stated that it didn’t happen in their shop but that he would speak with the initial guy and call me back so they could look at the photos. I asked if photos were taken and he replied “I don’t know.” Obviously no on ever called. Horrible business.

I brought my car , a Porsche Taycan because my dealership Collection send me there as my rear bumper was detached .At first they told me the repair would cost around 3000 usd.Once i submitted the claim to my insurance all of a sudden the repair came up to close to 12000 usd.It took them up to 25 days to do the repair when originally was supposed to be 10 days.when i finally got my car , i realized once in my way that they did not put the license plate back and i got stop by the cop and got a fine!! really worse shop ever i dont understand how they are in business and how come they are certified by porsche.

Had to go back to this body shop 4 times after their poorly done “repair”. There were tons of screws and brackets missing and parts left in my trunk when I picked up the car. I asked them to install said parts. Picked it up again and had the car inspected to find out they lied and did not install them. I had a similar problem on my previous car I took to them and so did my friends who also used this body shop

They did some bodywork, and it looked OK, but later another service station showed me that the fender they had replaced was loose. When I went back to them, they said oh it’s loose because of other things, and gave me a quote for these other things under the car. When I asked for clarification for the quote, I never heard back from them. I cannot recommend.

I called them about two dozen times, went there twice, just to try to get an estimate. The shop is very unprofessionally led. I should have read the bad reviews and saved my time.
