I had an outstanding experience at the Cole Haan in Coral Gables, thanks to the incredible service from Sandra Perez. She was warm, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. When an item wasn’t available, she helped me place an online order, tracked it personally, and kept me updated every step of the way. Sandra followed up to make sure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care made this one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. You do not get this level of services from other Cole Haan stores, especially in LA area (they r way too snooty).

Love their shoes! I bought several pairs of shoes sometime ago and they are still in good condition. They hold their shape and are very comfortable. They are a bit pricey but I’ve found great deals.This is a great store for upscale shoes for men and women, handbags, backpacks, clothing, and accessories. I will be back real soon. ?

When I Entered this store staff was friendly. Bought 3 pairs of shoes and they became uncomfortable after a week or two… tried returning here and they gave any excuse not to allow return. Not friendly anymore. Will never again but Cole Haan shoes. Terrible customer service and workmanship. They were bought out by a huge company. It’s no longer custom focused whereby profits are inevitable when you care for your customers… it’s sole money focused now…
