I have been a Citibank customer for 20+ years and the service keeps on getting worse. My certificate of deposit was renewed automatically without my consent and now is untouchable until next year and earning a below market interest rate. Terrible service, this bank is stuck in 2001 where customers had no other options.

Branch was 100% empty. no clients besides me. 3-5 bankers sitting doing nothing or talking on the phone, and still they let me wait for almost one full hour. not coolJason del Toco did his best to help and eventually found me a solution, but it was a torture.Thank you Jason, great guy.Bank manager - Please consider treating citi clients with more respect and priority. such experiences leave a bad memory and bad rep

The virtual platform has not been able to be used to make transfers for 3 days. I have sent emails and no one responds. Call on the phone and they don't know anything. It is urgent.

Thania Abreu helped my 18 year-old college-bound daughter open her first checking account and also apply for her first credit card. Thania was not only patient, courteous and knowledgeable, but also seemed to care about helping a young person learn the basics of personal finance.I am not rating 5 starts because it is difficult to call and get an appointment (you get the automated system) and walk-in waiting times can be exasperating.

Everyone who works there is clueless. Go to a different branch.

I have been a Citi Private Bank customer for 20+ years. I needed a document notarized quickly and was in the area so I decided to stop by this branch to have the document notarized -- a 2 minute process at most. The teller told me I needed to wait 1.5 hours until the next appointment. They could not "squeeze" me in after 21+ years of loyalty. Unbelievable! To make this refusal to accommodate the simplest of requests even more egregious is what happened next. I left and went to the Citi Pinecrest branch. There were more customers at that branch and much busier employees, but they stopped and actually notarized my document. The process took a total of 2 minutes. The Pinecrest branch should give the UM branch a primer on how to multi-task and properly treat its loyal customers.

I received the highest quality assistance today with Ms. Thania Ardeu. She was the nicest, most caring, thoughtful, patient, and astute representative in all of the Miami Citibank Branches. She was an excellent representative and resolved all situations immediately. If it wasn’t for her assistance I would switch to a different bank.

The worst bank experience you could ask for. Refused to open a bank account because of my nationality. They kept me waiting for 20min to tell me they can't open a simple checking account and the manger is not here to help.

Rude poor service!

I would not recommend this branch for a citi business account. Even with account holders that spend substantial amounts there is very little personalized service and they are actually rather rude. They place is dead and the citi business manager named Elio A Rey refused to help us out, even as my father is handicapped and takes him a lot of effort to leave the home.

This is my preferred branch due to its accessibility and efficiency. It's right on us1 on the cusp of the gables and the grove making it a heavily visited area for most of us. The drive through is always quick and the atm is rarely out of service. I recently had to enter and the line moved fast due to the great attentive staff. Parking isn't an issue and luckily it's well-lit for those late night hours. If I ever need cash and am in the area, I'll come here to avoid the atm fee I incur elsewhere. Plus, there's a CVS in the same lot which allows me the options of making two stops when necessary. It's easy to access and the drive through lane in the back is a breeze for all your self-service needs. They're open later on Friday's which is great for us.
