Niurka is always so sweet and welcoming when I come in to shop! She makes it so that going in to shop becomes a great experience, and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Gabby is amazing as well. Great team, I love shopping here.

There is always something going on with the hours open to the public. I called last night at 7 pm even though according to google they are open until 9 pm and nobody picked up the phone neither there was a message or an option to leave a message. I decided to go today at 11:00 a.m.. There is a sign on the door that the store is closed temporarily. Nobody was there or any indications as to when they will be open, neither a message on their phone. I find it disrespectful to customers advertising a time and making you waste your time going there.

Chico's at Shops At Merrick Park in Coral Gables is a cool and well managed Chico's location that makes the shopping process very easy. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when you need their assistance. I have had a really good experience every time I have visited here.

I went browsing in this store with no intention to buy but they had such great sales! My purchases were multiple necklaces and a linen top.I love all their jewelry.They tend to select the combination sets (earrings, ring, necklace and bracelet). Quality and finish is great and I combine with my other non Chico's jewelry. Staff is super and nice. Recommend this store for shopping.
