Great location as all Chase are for ATMs, tellers. But try and get help on your accounts with anyone there and they are either unavailable, understaffed, out to lunch or clueless. And they definitely don't gonoutnofnyour way toassist you.

Terrible customer service at this branch. Went to have a document notarized and the teller told me it would be more than an hour wait, so suggested I go to a different location. When I asked if she could verify there was a notary there, she responded, “you have a phone, why don’t you call them.” She was unhelpful and not courteous.

Terrible customer service! I try to open a checking account an hour before closing, and the teller told me that I need to make a appointment for next business day.The teller is just sitting with no customer in the lobby! With this pandemic nobody wants to work!

Terrible. No one ever answers the phone. I called for one straight hour, the representative of Chase called a few times and nothing. I have both Chase and Wells Fargo and usually prefer Chase but this is ridiculous. If i could give half a star i would. VERY unprofessional. I recommend not going to this branch or just to go to another bank

I have always had excellent service at this branch. They have always been very helpful and professional with excellent customer service. In particular yesterday I was helped by a new teller named Sofia who did a great job and took the time to teach me how to do some transactions using my IPhone.

That's the worse Chase administration that I ever met. Despite banking with Chase for 10'years I move my medical office close to this branch and my experience have been awful with officials as well as the manager. They refused to give me a letter with my own statemen and they were very nasty with me. I have to go back and get the letter from my old branch at 87 without a problem. Since then I won't put a penny or a step in that branch.

They helped me open debit and credit cards and walked me through every step of the process. It was quick and easy, and every time I go in they are quick to help. Great service, and I love the accounts!

Poor customer service. waited 30 minutes and finally decided to leave. Usually other Chases are fast in helping you. Was not even acknowledged.
