Very nice Chase staff at this location in Miami. Helpful and knowledgeable staff for clients and visitors to Chase Bank. Parking is limited but available. Drive thru lanes behind bank for customers.

Alejandra, is the best choice for personal bankers. We came in not knowing what was the right products for us and she set us up for success. She continues to help and follow up with us which is so nice and comforting, when your dealing with a million things it’s nice to know banking doesn’t have to be an additional task on the to do list. Highly recommend she is a stellar professional.

I would give zero stars if i could. Was advised that i needed to go into bank to remove a signor from a business account. Brought legal documents showing "Signors" Resignation from the company but Chase wouldn't accept. Worthless branch, don't even waste your time. Choose a local or regional bank if you want customer service.

Worse experience in a bank, not clients st all and i been waiting 20 minutes to talk to a notary while everyone is doing nothing

Great location as all Chase are for ATMs, tellers. But try and get help on your accounts with anyone there and they are either unavailable, understaffed, out to lunch or clueless. And they definitely don't gonoutnofnyour way toassist you.

Terrible customer service at this branch. Went to have a document notarized and the teller told me it would be more than an hour wait, so suggested I go to a different location. When I asked if she could verify there was a notary there, she responded, “you have a phone, why don’t you call them.” She was unhelpful and not courteous.

Terrible customer service! I try to open a checking account an hour before closing, and the teller told me that I need to make a appointment for next business day.The teller is just sitting with no customer in the lobby! With this pandemic nobody wants to work!

Terrible. No one ever answers the phone. I called for one straight hour, the representative of Chase called a few times and nothing. I have both Chase and Wells Fargo and usually prefer Chase but this is ridiculous. If i could give half a star i would. VERY unprofessional. I recommend not going to this branch or just to go to another bank
