The worst experience that I had. If you want to open a bank account or get a credit card, do not go to this chase branch. The guy that should help you to open an account does not want to do it. I went to another branch and they help me without any issue. Please don't waste your time here.

Chase is an alternative to all the racism at the Wells Fargo stores in Miami. The Chase stores are really very democratic stores and they don't ask people to leave and they don't discriminate by not waiting or serving customers, or creating problems for them. These places mostly a good alternative to all the crap in the Wells Fargo stores in Miami, Pinecrest, Aventura the whole region. These places will not have the weird security encounters you'll find in the Wells Fargo stores.

My experience at chase was terrible the security guard at the front door told me to move my car even. Though I was a chase customer and I parked in the parking spot that was for chase customers I was simply just looking for my bank info in my back seat that way I can see someone but he told me to move my car off the property I wasn’t doing DoorDash or anything I wasn’t doing anything wrong but he still told me to leave in a very rude way

Where not even able to assist me setting up a savings account, while the two sales associate sat at their office looking lost with no intentions to help the costumer or the employee at the front.

Great place to bank if you want tellers sit around and not help you with anything, especially when the place is completely empty. Make sure you cancel your appointments for the rest of the day if you step foot in the bank to get something done.

I concur with reviewer Yoshi in regards to the layout, but more importantly, the bank will no longer accept money. The attendants were nice enough, however, they were inflexible in that they would not override the "new money laundering policy" of not accepting cash. That's right, one of the largest banks in America just accused me of trying to launder money. Facts: I wanted to deposit $20 (2 x $10 bills) into someone else's Chase account. I do not have a Chase account, and this just provides me yet one more reason that I don't, so they were unable to allow me to deposit the $20. Just ridiculous!!! more info: The federal anti-laundering limit on bank cash deposits is $10,000, so I don't understand the problem. Under the Bank Secrecy Act, financial institutions must take certain steps to detect and combat money laundering, like reporting suspicious activity and transactions involving more than $10,000. But adopting certain policies, like stopping consumers from depositing cash into others' accounts, is AT THE DISCRETION OF EACH BANK. TOO BIG TO SUCCEED.

Despite having an empty waiting room and employees doing nothing, after a 15 minute wait, was informed at least another 20 minutes would be needed to get help lifting the fraud prevention hold on my business debit card.

I always receive excellent customer service in this location, but the new guy in the third office was not too friendly today.

I'm going to ignore the fact the physical layout is completely impractical and designed by someone with no sense of how a bank operates because I'm too focused on the pretentiousness and incompetence I've encountered. Some of the people who work there are not only "Miami" elitest, they are also "Miami bad at their job". I manage an account for a company that does 7 figure business at the bank but since I don't have a personal account there myself, more than a handful of times I've handle a transaction I am treated with condescension and elitism especially on large transactions. This is not a place you want to keep your money when they clearly judge clients based on their appearance The incompetence comes in because a.) they refuse to use any type of problem solving ability and use the same shutdown answers b.) They don't realize the negative impact their behavior will end up costing them a sizeable client (the company will now switch banks on my recommendation) I am incensed that I even needed to waste time writing this review but this is the 2nd Chase branch I've had negative experiences with and I'm sure I'm not alone. (Please note there is one employee, youngish female with black hair, that has always been pleasant and accommodating but I'm afraid she's the exception and not the rule)

Not open until 3pm on Saturdays like it says here-- which is inconvenient when you drive all the way over because it's the only one that says is open. Other than that, great friendly staff!

Ok if you need to use an ATM but pretty useless if you need an actual person. Came in before 4 pm to have someone notarize a piece of paper (which is free for chase customers). I was first asked to wait for 20 minutes since the only person to notarized was wrapping up an account. Then I was told I would have to wait for an hour-or make an appointment. Like really!?! You can't just stop for a moment to stamp a piece of paper? The person was just on the computer. Their customer had already left the branch and I was the only customer there before 4 pm on a Thursday afternoon. So sad - I was hoping to be able to take advantage of the services offered to us as chase customers. All this after I pain for parking on Ponce de Leon. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch.

We received an excellent service to open an account by Robert Romero. Very friendly and executive. Highly recommended.
