Very nice boutique! Love their clothes, they have a lot of options, my favorite are dresses and tops.The jewerly is great too!The customer service is excellent, the manager is super sweet.

Overall horrible costumer service. This experience could’ve been avoided with better training and explanation of purchase and return policies to the costumer.I purchased three items from here on July 8th, 2021, then realized I sized up on two of the items due to the time rush since closing time was approaching. The worker was unbothered and did not know how to carry the check out process. Right away, on July 9th, 2021, not even 24 hours later I went back to exchange the items. The same worker from the day before greeted me. I explained to her that the dress I got I wanted to exchange for a different dress and that I wanted to fully return the other item I bought because it turned out to NOT be labeled as a XS, S, M, L, or XL. No sign of what the size of the product was. Then she tells me the item was actually on sale, when the day before she told me it wasn’t, and that it was a final sale so she couldn’t give me my money back at all. Instead of receiving a refund on the bathing suit and a refund in the price difference in the dresses, instead she gave me a store gift card. Both times she was speaking on the phone, on speaker, to her coworker because she did not know what to either time. The clothes were cute, but I was extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled. All I wanted was a refund, not a gift card.

If I could leave 0 stars I would... I am absolutely disgusted of my interaction with the owner today. I was walking in the back with one of my coworkers looking for my manager mind you I work in one of the businesses that's connected to the bottom of this building, it is A residential building, with that being said all residents have access to the back of these businesses that's connected through a hallway. As I'm looking for my manager with my coworker we were laughing and speed walking back to the front of our business. Before I could even take a step the owner comes behind us with her son, stops me with both of her hands, and puts them on my arm literally touching me to stop me from going back inside, and blocking the entrance and proceeds to say " what are you guys doing here?" I responded by saying "we're looking for our manager" she then says how it is "suspicious that we're laughing and RUNNING back into hallway" and wouldn't move out of the way, she then says "it's just weird, do you guys work here, it doesn't look like it" very rudely, as to I reply "yes we do, do you need us to get our manager?" to then she says "no but why are you guys laughing and running, from your manager, it just doesn't make sense" mind you we weren't "running" we're not children running through a business AND she doesn't know the situation. As the owner of a business I would've expected a more professional interaction and approach not being touched and stopped with her hands, and as someone who SHARES a hallway with multiple businesses and residents of a building. Next time DO NOT put your hands on someone that you don't know it is rude and nasty, and question someone like that, very rudely when you SHARE a building hallway access....

Last year, the dress that I was longing for how many days was already in my hands. Thanks to the stylist who picked the best dress for me. She was very talented, knows what fits for my size, and very helpful. Besides, the dress that she picked for me was truly beautiful and elegant. I will come back next time! Thanks for the service!

I came here yesterday around 4pm. Some of the prices are pretty steep. The clothes are pretty I adorable.. however what's the point if no one is willing to help you? I keep thinking about this pair of white shorts with gold detail down the side... so cute, and on sale for $40 down from $95! Too bad they don't actually want to sell anything here. There was only one person working... (I use the term 'working' very loosely). This girl was literally on the phone the entire time as if it was her gossiping social hour.. She never said hello to us, she never glanced over.. we stood in front of her at the register when we had questions and she wouldn't even look at us or offer to help, she just flat out ignored us and kept talking on the phone but in a whispering voice. We thought okay, let's browse a little more and give her time to say goodbye... But no, so again we tried standing in front of her at the register, said hi and excuse me and still nothing. Finally we said screw it and left and my friend said "you're very rude by the way"... but still no reply. If customers aren't worth their time, then they're not worth ours.... there are plenty of cute boutiques on the Mile now.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing went through the trouble of miracle mile parking only to find out that even though they close at 7 it was already closed -.- plus two other people wanted to go in as well ... the door says until 7 so yea really bad guys ! If you set a time please follow it

Located on Miracle Mile I stumbled upon them when I was walking and I liked their mannequin outfits in their window display. They have a great variety of clothing options from dresses, rompers, tops, jeans, sandals, purses etc. the clothes that I saw were in the $100-$300 range but they were all designers that I know are considered more upscale. The clothes had the Miami Beach feel to them so I really enjoyed the selection. Their were several rows of SALE items towards the back of the store near the dressing rooms and you could score quite a bargain as the items were marked between 60-80% off.

Love the boutique! Very large selection opposed to many boutiques in Miami. Prices range and the products are of high quality. It was also really sweet of Jessica to let me in through the back since I was parked right by it. They have a small cozy waiting area which is great for boyfriends or friends and very large dressing rooms which is always a plus. Large selection of accessories and shoes as well. Very happy with my purchase and will be back.
