I took a shirt with a small stain and they made three holes in it the size of dimes. When I asked what happened I received a called three days later that it was my fault.Its sad that the owner would rather loose business then to replace the shirt they destroyed. I will never do business with Catalonia Cleaners and I advise all locals to go to a more reputable and honest place.

The worst service I have ever experienced! Not only did I make it absolutely clear that if they were not comfortable doing the work I would be more than happy to take it elsewhere they went ahead and took 4 weeks because they had actually in fact ruined a pair of designer jeans that are irreplaceable. They offered no real solution and instead blamed us for getting them dirty in the first place. This place is trash. Do not take your dry cleaning there and the lady in the front is extremely rude and out of line! No class no education and they should be shut down.
