They work very poorly in eyelid surgery and they have disfigured me, it is like an eye-popping factory without any aesthetics, one person sews one eye and the other the other quickly and whatever happens because there are other clients to serve. I went again so that the main Doctor could fix how bad it had been and right there in a chair he just pecked my eyelid because it hurt and he told me not to go any further and that those marks would remain like this...that is to say worse than when I entered, I went with a friend who was shocked, then I left this message and she told me to visit them.....???? worst.

Horrible customer service, they give you an appointment and will have you waiting for hours before they call you, it’s always either the machine is broken or some other lame excuse, they had my mom waiting for 2 hours after her appointment time before she was called and that was because we had to go up to them and ask why she wasn’t being called if not she would’ve been there waiting the whole day. Then you go inside and you see the staff having conversations not doing anything, so unprofessional and disrespectful to all their patients, all the exams have to be re-taken because they never get them right the first time, not sure why…staff doesn’t look qualified…never coming back to this place

STOP. Do not make an appointment my experience was horrific. Dr. Juan Fernandezsaw me for less than 5 minutes, after waiting hours. He did not look at my eye, he looked at me and said “OLD AGE” gave me a coupon to get over the counter drops (that expired 6 months ago. Here comes the “BAIT AND SWITCH “ they give me a follow up appointment ( I really did not care for the place) however, the appointment was with Dr. BERAJA. At last minute I went , they kept calling and changing date and time. Finally I went Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Waiting hours and did the same exam from 2 weeks prior, with one odd change the tech took pictures of my eyes between 10 to 15 ! I asked why? What is the purpose and why ? No answer, I say first time same tests from 2 weeks ago and why the pictures??? No answer. Waited hours again. Finally I get escorted to an empty office and outside of door. Victor BERAJA, Plastic Surgeon. !!!Doctor comes in after waiting, does not introduce himself and says….So, you want surgery on your eyelids? I answer “ I BEG YOUR PARDON???” I start to get up and leave.I had plenty to say but I said nothing, I was being SCAMMED by a Doctor. On my way out I said, your staff should not give coupons that expired six months ago. Not good for your image. I went out speechless.

I’m very satisfied with my visit there. Dr Martínez is very professional, she goes straight to the point. Looking forward to visit again. All the staff is very kind and they make sure you feel relaxed while you’re there.

I am 39 years old and had clear eye surgery 2021. This past April I had a Retinal detachment of my right eye , had an emergency surgery and also learned i had Retinal holes in my left eye , laser procedure. Today I am still recovering and can't see well

I was a patient 23 years ago and I received top quality service in your institute , today I visit a center and I forgot my sun glasses I ask for a pair of glasses and they give a plastic film that it won’t even hold in my face, Dr Beraja medical institute gave me a pair of full face and side glasses that I still have… top quality I am going to try to get my service at your clinic again…KEEP THE GOOD JOB
