Have come here multiple times and every time they make you wait at least an hour even when it is slow and claim they can’t do certain jobs to avoid having to work. Recommend against it and it’s a shame since great location if you live in the Gables

BareLY a 1 staR operation. Stay away at aLL cost. Never any parkinG available. Always 1 teLLer open whiLe aLL the other bankerS have other priorities anything but their banking customers. TotaL disappointment. If you have plenty of time to waste visit this branch. You won't be disappointed.

They never answer the phone. I went personally to be told what documents I need to open 2 new accounts and they gave me an incomplete account. I made an appointment and they saw me 20 minutes late to tell me that I was missing information. A nonsense.

Worst part of working with people is the constant risk of bias. Making assumptions is dangerous. This place have bad customer service. Representatives are not there to serve or help you. How happy you leave the bank is not of their concern, not surprise that your average rate is a 2 out of 5. They speak slow and low to seem educated, but they are not, they are indeed disrespectful. I left the bank so disappointed I would have closed my accounts right in the moment but not worth spending one more second there. Go to another facility or change bank, last option may be better.

I think Pollo Tropical is the likes of the staff in the morning, slow people, they ask you many not required things for a new account when you are a young man working for his food, oh but if you look like business man the deliver to you as soon as possible, not only that the one in charge is a disgraceful old lady that don’t like to work at all, denies anyone and anything. Bad service I arrived at the entrance and I told them I needed a letter they told me yes then I told them I was going to deposit so when I returned they didn't write me down. I've been waiting for my turn for more than 40 minutes. for a letter that my other bank gave me in 10 min. terrible service.
