I am shocked to find out that due to a new policy, a brand new, unworn item with the original receipt and tag still attached is not exchangeable because I’m past the 30-day deadline. I’m not even asking for a refund. I simply want to exchange a large for a medium of the exact same item that’s still in stock and on display.Apparently this policy was enacted last year. I’ve been a Banana Republic customer for over a decade—even used to have the rewards loyalty card—and when I bought this, I never thought to ask whether there was a new policy designed to screw over their long-time customers. If anyone had bothered to tell me there was a new policy, I could have easily made the exchange before the deadline.I’m told there is no recourse. “The system won’t even let me process the exchange.”The associate was as polite as could be expected, but this is horrible customer service, and I don’t plan to shop at Banana Republic again due to this.

Our next family adventure take us to banana Republic inside Merry park at Coral Glades night time Class, elegance and high quality in each item, this store stands out for being one of the best clothing brands in the country, created in 1978 in Mill Valley CA, by Mell Ziegler and Patricia Ziegler.The people who attended us were very professional and friendly, the decoration is perfect, everything is well located so that it stands out in view of the visitors and the clothes are for all tastes and members of the family.High recommend if you are looking to buy your new outfit for the next family event.

Horrible customer service. The female clerk acted with such icy hostility (totally unmerited because I was super friendly!) as I have rarely ever experienced in any store. Instead of allowing myself to be subjected to her negative attitude I walked out without completing the purchase. Bought the item online instead. I won't be back to this location. And, since I rarely buy at Banana Republic at all anymore I won't shop Banana Republic anymore in this store or online. If they can't train or keep their attendants under control to ensure they act decent towards customers, then why give them your business?

Horrible. While the male representative was courteous, the female sales clerk was horrendous. She was super hostile from the start and apparently thinks she can use her customers to let out her inner hostility and poison for the job she apparently hates.I decided to purchase the item online instead and will never return to this awful Banana republic store at the Merrick Park location

Banana Republic store located at Merrick Park. Store with unique atmosphere which makes me feel welcome and valued. Great customer service and excellent quality products. Since I visited this store years ago, I highly recommend this place. (Time to let you know how much I like I love you BR)
