I like Athleta's clothes and spent $2,000 between in store and online purchases between Black Friday and New Year's. Store is tidy and it's great they always have someone on hand to setup your dressing room and get different sizes so you don't have to tromp through the store yourself.Unfortunately, I just had a terrible experience with the store managers. I purchased a $850 of merchandise in store using a new Athleta card as I received a 40% discount. Upon trying to do some returns I ran into a huge issue. They could not return the new items with tags and a receipt. I wasted 1 1/2 hours in store only to have to leave. The assistant manager Courtney was extremely apologetic. I left my contact and receipt information with her and she promised to work on the issue and contact me. Unfortunately, she did not. I contacted the store myself twice and spoke to the manager Sandra. She did not have a clear picture of what was going on or so she said. Very disappointing. She asked me to come in again. Went back with my daughter and we both found the manager to not only be defensive, but wholly unapologetic for all the inconvenience this was causing me. You would think she'd say something like "I'm so sorry you had to come into the store again. I really appreciate that you did". Instead, I got "this has never happened before, I don't know what's going on, we're doing the best we can, we reached out to people etc". I was also told multiple times I did not need my Athleta card with me. This seemed to be an issue and it looked like the manager was about to tell me to go get my credit card and come back again! My daughter remembered that online customer service said they could credit the items to a gift card and then credit that gift card to another card other than Athleta. The manager said she never heard of that, but low and behold that was what happened. After another 45 minutes in the store her attitude was "here you go we are done".Awful customer service attitude.

Love ??? great product line plus awesome brand management with customer perks like free exercise classes
their variety of clothes for real bodies and variety activities in our lives ? clothes feature very nice feel high tech and some models made for our real women in different shapes and sizes
As a relatively new brand in the marketplace BRAVO ? ⭐️ ? quite impressive contender!
All that said,, me wanty but Pricey ?
And doesn’t go on on sale much ?

Athleta at Shops At Merrick Park in Coral Gables is a well managed Athleta location that is well organized and a fun place to shop. The staff here is very knowledgeable and welcoming to make sure that you can find the perfect gift item on your list and makes things easy. This Athleta is well worth a visit.

Amazing Athleta location!! The staff is very helpful and friendly and the products are top notch..there are always interesting events posted on the board outside of the store..100% recommend shopping here
