Artefacto in Coral Gables is my new favorite furniture store by far. The store itself is absolutely beautiful and the furniture is out of this world. Everywhere you turn, there are incredible lines and designs of all types of furniture. The accessories are like nothing I have ever seen before. What makes the store even better is the staff they have on hand. The sales associates are professional, extremely knowledgeable and poised to handle any challenge. We were lucky to have Karina as our sales associate. She treated us with grace, dignity and her level of professionalism was second to none. She was able to put together a design plan exactly what we were looking for in no time at all. She truly knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend checking this location out. They have free valet parking and the coffee is top notch too.

Delivers dirty furniture and insists on customer paying for it to be cleaned because "it passed inspection" in their warehouse. Absolutely no accountability.

I’m giving two starts because the saleswoman was very nice and helpful but if you don’t look rich you will have a security guard behind you all the time you visit the store, very uncomfortable

My experience in Artefacto was impressive, as you would expect from a store this expensive. I went to buy some furniture for my apartment and the treatment you get is amazing, from the valet guy to the salespeople and designers, who really helped me with my choices. I had to wait for a couple of months since the furnishings came directly from Brazil, but it was definitely worth it, as the quality and beautifulness exceeded my expectations.

I ordered products for my living room and was promised a delivery date in advanced. Do not trust their word! Alessandra promises dates that she cannot confirm. The products are quality stuff but just remember that you will not receive your shipments on time. One of the worst companies for communication that I've worked with.

I spent over $60,000 here, and they were full of empty promises from the beginning. I feel disgusting for ever having spent even $1 here as they did an awful job at fulfillment. One of the worst furniture stores to buy from.

Artefacto is a serious luxury brand from Brazil. I own many pieces. The new store on US 1 in Coral Gables is more of a experience then a shopping trip. It begins with FREE valet parking, next you are greeted by a host who will get you a sales rep right away or you can wonder on your own for as long as you would like. They have a wonderful coffee bar (again Complimentary) with a actually person making Espresso, Cappuccino or American coffee. Served with a sweet treat. The furniture is custom (most of it) and takes a couple months to receive but you will be the only one most likely with that exact piece. It's worth checking out even if you are just looking for design idea's

I had a terrible experience at that store and im just putting this review for all the people that goes there be very careful when they leave the car at Vale.weeks ago, I was working for a show that was celebrate there, I park my car in the entrance of the store, hour later, someone came in and ask for the keys of everyone there to move the cars, no one gives me a valet ticket or nothing, later when I check my car it has a huge scratch in the right back door, when I talk with the host of the store and she calls the person in charge of valet, she told me not to worried about, because they have Security cameras and everything, information that after the valet person confirm with me, he try to avoid all responsibility about the people from the valet and he said that anyways he will check the cameras and he will give me call... a week later because nobody calls, I decided to call again and ask for the Mannager of the store, the person never toke my call, so I explained the person on the phone again the problem and I say that I was eating to see the the videos from the cameras, she said that specific day the cameras was not working so there is no videos that show my car there... no one gives me a real answer and worse the person in charge or Mannager wasn't enough correct to take my call and explain the situation.im agree with other reviews, how sad its that such a beautiful has such a bad costumer service.
