Horrible experience, I do not recommend it, what just happened to me is called lack of respect for the client, after they called me and I could not answer at that moment because my cell phone was silent since I am in the public library, well I called them back few minutes and they have had me waiting for about 30 minutes and transferring calls from official to official to give me information about the insurance and co-payment since tomorrow was my appointment for an MRI of the lumbar spine since I feel pain and I have had to wait for the appointment to not go since they didn't give me the information, I hung up tired of waiting since the last employee who attended me left me in the hall and I hung up and called again and the first official came out. I explained my displeasure and told me that he was not from the insurance department. I asked him to cancel my appointment since I will not go without knowing how much I have to pay as a co-payment or else I have to pay tomorrow, I do not recommend this place that has disappointed me and of which I had the best opinion. I give them one star because I don't see an option to leave it without stars. There are other places I'm sure to be served properly.

What a waste of time!
Long story short, called them with an order from Urgent Care for a CT scan. They give me the date and call 2 days before to confirm the appointment. Today, THE DAY BEFORE my appointment they decide to call and canceled the appointment because apparently they didn’t have authorization from my insurance. Granted I gave their associate all the information needed to reach out to my insurance. Now because they drop the ball, they cancel?
Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time

The worst service I have ever received, poor ethics from the staff, they confirm the appointment, you ask if the insurance covered everything and they answer that yes, everything is ready and when you get here they tell you that they cannot perform the procedure, a total lack of respect.

Best imaging center to have xrays and MRIs done.
Employees also speaks spanish. This is a plus.
They are all proffesional and kind.
A++ Recomended.
Also, I want to mention Victor, the receptionist. He greets you with a smile and he knows how to do his work. He deserves a salary raise.
Congrats, this medical team is exceptional!

I'm a doctor & I practice for 50 year. I'm old!. I waited 2 1/2 hours for MRI. The place was over full My caregiver & I couldn't sit together.

Very unpleasant. They gave me an appointment for 2:00 pm and it was 3:25 pm and they had not done the study. Waiting and waiting, and my blood glucose level was already beginning to drop because my medication schedule had passed. They give appointments to 10 patients for the same time. Clear! For employees it is completing their 8 hours of work. They see you as "customers" and not patients. They think one is a car waiting for an oil change. One is for them as raw material for their work. They should consider the patients a little better, most of them are elderly and many with physical disabilities. Many commented among themselves, but did not dare to say anything. In the end, I felt exhausted and left without taking the study. We'll see what AHCA says when I go to them on Monday. And I hope they don't charge for the study without doing it to me, I don't doubt it.

The attention of the employees was horrible, the person who was going to do the x-ray was bitter and rude. They should hire more professional staff. They studied online I imagine ????

I recently made appointment for CT , made appointment on a Wednesday with date and time, I then get a call 2 days later to cancel an appointment with a completely different date and time. Told the lady Samuel had given me that appointment 2 days prior she said someone already had that appointment. Bottom line they gave my appointment to someone else.( maybe a friend) NEVER AGAIN !!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

It's horrible three times missing work and the day before they call you to reschedule the appointment. Already with insurance authorization and everything. It really is very sad that these things happen and that they play with patients' time.

This place is useless. This is the fourth time I've come here in Floor 2 for an Echo Exam of Abdomen and I'm tired of wasting my time. They don't do the exams correctly and they only waste you and your doctor's time, I don't recommend it at all.

Magnificent organization, super positive problem-solving ability. They know how to listen very well to situations that arise. In my case I had several studies planned, when the actual time of the study arrived it did not coincide with the time in which I was scheduled and in addition another of the studies was planned for another date and they reacted quickly and everything was resolved. Very pleased and grateful to everyone and for everything.
