I absolutely LOVED my dress! I got a Milla Nova. After trying on ample dresses, I told them the bits and pieces of each dress I liked and wish they had one that tied them all together. They found one exactly how I was describing and it was absolutely perfect.I did my alterations through Alessa's. I had 4 total. Aside from ensuring it fit properly, I also requested the straps become detachable which was suggested to me, and they add buttons down the back.Despite loving my dress, I gave 3 stars because the specialty alterations were not great whatsoever. Despite paying extra to get these done, for the detachable straps, they only put three small stitches in. The moment I hugged my groom during our first look, they popped right off. All three stitches ripped immediately because they were too thin and small to hold the hooks they added to the straps. We had to stop photos to find safety pins to fix it. Somewhere after the ceremony before any of the reception dancing, one of the buttons in the back feel off and was very noticeable. Then, later in the night, I noticed random stitching next to the buttons for no apparent reason. Once I get my dress back from the cleaner, I will include photos of all that.

Alessa’s Bridal was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses and returned to buy them. The 100% personalized attention made me feel very comfortable when trying on the dresses that I liked the most, and I also felt listened to regarding my tastes and budget. Marien is very kind and made me feel welcome in the store, even helping me show the dresses I was trying on to my mom and grandma who could only accompany me via FaceTime (I went alone to buy the dress), which I thank her very much! I 100% recommend going to have a 100/100 experience.

I can't say enough good things about Alessa's Bridal. The dress selection and customer service were just what I needed. I ended up picking the first dress I tried on. Mari was great and so nice and patient with me, I can't thank her enough. So happy I decided to get my dress here the entire experience was excellent. Don't think twice about going here to get the most important dress you will ever wear; you won't regret it.

I purchased my wedding dress at Alessa’s Bridal and I have had the best experience! They are very nice and have helped me tremendously! I am 10 days away from my wedding and I can’t wait to wear my gorgeous dress from Alessas!!

I purchased my wedding dress here and even a short party dress for the reception! Mary was amazing, super helpful, sweet, and worked patiently with me and my family. The dress selection, specifically Milla Nova are beautiful. Sandra is currently working on my alterations. She was kind and worked with my suggestions for the alterations. Cant wait!
