“I cannot say enough about the outstanding service and genuine care I receive every time I walk into this UPS Store, especially from Manager Daniel. He has been a cornerstone of this location for years, and his consistency, patience, and kindness are unmatched.
As someone who lives with a physical disability that affects my fine motor skills, everyday tasks like printing, stapling, or hole-punching can be challenging. But Daniel has never once made me feel limited. In fact, it’s quite the opposite—he sees my potential before my challenges. I often come in with a creative vision for a project I’m doing with children, and Daniel jumps right in to help me bring it to life. His support is not just technical—it’s personal, respectful, and empowering.
Thanks to Daniel and his incredible team, I’ve been able to create meaningful projects that directly impact the children I work with. Their help behind the scenes is truly making a difference in these kids’ lives—and in mine.

“We had some very fragile items including china from the mid-1800s wrapped and shipped to Germany. From the start Wendy and Andy were very professional and were accommodating to ship a little later as we were on vacation. Everything arrived intact and was amazingly packed. We can only recommend their services. In addition, a ver y fragile secretary from the mid 1700s was shipped to Boston and arrived without damage. So pleased!”

“I had a Barrel shipped to Jamaica with the Bulk of My family Christmas things. I was told repeatedly would receive it before Christmas. 11/29/24 I shipped. I've been to Jamaica spent Christmas. Never get my Barrel. 5 weeks my husband just get it today and had to pay so Much Extra. I'm upset we had to spend more money for our Christmas, However, I would consider using their service again based on the fact that The General Manager called and offered his concerns and apology for our delay and our overall experience. Definitely worth another shot”
“I have been a customer of this store for 5 years since I live in the area, this store has been acquired by new owners. The service and customer attention is 100%. Without a doubt, this will continue to be my favorite store for shipments, faxes, photos, etc. all in one place.
I also want to say a few days ago I went to Office Depot (since this store was closed due to its schedule), and it took me 2 hours trying to understand some machines to make only some copies with no humanitarian attention to advise you, they only have a paper with some instructions to guide you . I told myself (I'm young and it was difficult for me to understand everything if I were an older person with an emergency with papers I wouldn't be able to do it), of course I thought a lot about my favorite store and I valued them much more.
