Ross is usually a hit or miss. This Ross located in Cooper City in the same plaza as Publix, Sicilian Oven, Code Ninjas, Club Pilates and Mathnasium.
This Ross is quite big and very organized. When you walk in, it’s very spacious and everything is organized really well. Of course they have all the Christmas stuff out now and a ton of toys on display.
We came here looking for soccer shirts and soccer attire for my daughter. She found a few things for a great price. I wondered around the kitchen and food area. Saw some cool stuff but didn’t find much. Then again I wasn’t really shopping for me either.
Service was great, our cashier was very friendly and personable. I didn’t get her name, but she was very pleasant. The lady at the entrance was wonderful at greeting customers as they came in and saying goodbye to customers as they were leaving. So pleasant.
If there was something specific I was looking for, I would come back to Ross as they are very organized here. It’s never a fun experience when you go into a Ross, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls and it’s chaos.

Clean and quiet place, with very good offers from the best brands. The staff is very friendly and the area is safe. Excellent for a nice girls' afternoon. It is much better to go on weekday mornings.

I get everyone wants to clock out, these two ladies had 15 mins before clock out just standing around. There’s a line to the back of the start point, and this man is doing a great job alone but definitely struggling. Crazy.

Absolutely do not like this store.
They never have more than 1 cashier and there's always a long line and no sense of urgency to help customers. Also it's always humid and smells in the store!

It is a very organized and well stocked store.. Well located but they do not have staff, you can spend up to 45 minutes in line.. Only one cashier!!! Incredible!!!

We were greeted upon entering the store and the same cashier attended us. She was so professional, friendly, fast and efficient. She carefully double bagged the ceramic mug and wished me a happy Mother’s Day. Ross is lucky to have Crystal and she deserved to be recognized for being extraordinary ❤️

Consistently quiet, clean, and very organized with a great selection of home, mens, and boys. I’ve had some great finds here, from Vans to Nike Vapor Cleats and Gloves, to NFL gear and Jordan duffle bags to Levis jeans and Nike sportswear and athletic equipment…this Ross is a hidden gem.
Their customer service is top notch and never a long line ✨

This Ross location has overall poor service. No great shopping experience. Hired personnel's are extremely rude. Natalia Ross staff member has no kind gestures and no professional manners.

Aggressively MID selection for men.Don’t even waste your time. I’ve bought tons from Ross, TJ Maxx, Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, etc… this might be the worst one I’ve been to (for men).Jewelry collection is a joke.Tops… laughable.
