I have to say from the different pinch a penny stores that I have gone to., the service here is great. Angel is customer service oriented and would take off his shirt for anyone. It’s very hard to find that nowadays. Angel thank you for what you do. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Everyone is very nice and helpful, willing to teach you how to DIY. They repaired my broken pump for a fraction of what a new one would have cost. They could have easily just sold me a new one but didn’t and I appreciate that.Also if you need repairs or troubleshooting German (pronounced Herman) is the best tech in the area!

We tried using PAP with Angel for the resurfacing of our pool referred to us by our neighbor. I called Monday 4/10 he stated he's busy when he gets back to the office he'd Google earth and send me an estimate, no response. I text Tuesday no response. He finally calls back Friday and still to busy to give me an estimate, we agreed to get together Monday or Tuesday morning for the estimate, and still nothing from him no call, no text no estimate!! l Tried calling my location, Taft Street, to get away from Angel and they just want to refer me back to him Um, I shouldn't have to keep calling and chasing
down someone to try and give them my business, unacceptable! So now we'll use another company to resurface our pool and no longer get our pool supplies from PAP either!! You don't want my business for resurfacing then you don't need my business for pool supplies either, sad we've been using you guys for 15 years.

Customer service is excellent.
I don't visit any other place other than this one in Cooper City.
There they find Francesca and Joe the most sincere in advice and experience.
The best costumer service in pool in this area

Angel and his team run a very nice store. They always help and are knowledgeable. I've had everything done there from repairs, replacements, restoration and sales/service. My new pool heater works great (Angels recommendation) and the new pool pump and re-piping (valve replacement) of the filter system are great too. I recommend them if you need anything.

I have to write this review due to the pure incompetence of the people running this location and poor customer service. Yesterday I come home to find my pool vacuum is missing. Few hours later I get a knock on my door from my neighbor 2 doors down saying that her pool people (Pinch a Peeny) had accidentally went into my backyard and taken my vacuum thinking it was hers to be repaired. She told me they would be “repairing mine.” Which I found strange since I have my own pool serviced (Blue Coast Pools) and nothing was wrong with my vacuum . Who are excellent might i add. Today, I come home and I see my vacuum dismantled sitting next to my pool. I simply called to ask if they could please return things the way they found it. I didn’t think this was unreasonable. Considering someone trespassed into my priority while my wife with a 3 week old baby is sleeping. Instead of getting an apology, I get told they didn’t install it because it was broken?! I explained that couldn’t be correct since my pool has been serviced for years with no issue. He continued to insult me, claiming I knew nothing about pools. I’m honestly in shock. I don’t know where they find these people. They really don’t care. These are the people who will service your pool while you aren’t home. Can you really trust them? They can’t even go to the right house. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This location cannot be trusted.
