I had an awesome experience at this location! I live in Coral Springs, however, grandma lives in Cooper City and I drop my kids off there once a week. I google places nearby, and this place did not disappoint! I made an appointment with Nelson, not only a great conversation, but an amazing nail tech! A stay at home mom of two it was nice to talk, he is a very sweet man and I will find my way back as soon as I possibly can! I had a great experience and my nails/toes look amazing! Thank you, Nelson for the great day!

Went here on Easter for the first time since not many nail places were open. My friend and I had a great experience. The nail techs were great and they spent a lot of time on our pedicures. We had no complaints until it came time to payment. That’s when things got sketchy. We saw a sign that said 20% off for new customers. So we were excited and let them know we were new customers. They said no it’s 20% off if you leave a 5 star Google Review and then we will reimburse you or Google would reimburse, it really made no sense. Also, they seemed kind of annoyed when I didn’t want to leave a review. They were like you don’t want to save money? Incentivizing leaving a review is one thing, but to require it to be 5 stars is misleading and frankly not in adherence with Google review guidelines. If that was the case, their sign should say 20% off for leaving a 5-star review. So just so everyone knows some of the reviews here may not be genuine.
