BEWARE!!!! I had a policy with this office for a year after which they raised my rates when I had no tickets or accidents. I canceled my policy on August 9th and it’s three weeks later and have not received my refund. Terrible customer service!
Update: I received my refund today and they shorted me $12.

I rarely do reviews but I would like to congratulate Tatiana on her amazing work . She has been answering each email the same day and worked very efficiently. What a suprise when she called me after the sale of my house to make sure that i was reimbursed from my property insurance , when i told her it was still not done two months after the sale she contacted them and I had the check 15 days after !
We have always had a good experience with state farm which we have been using for the last 24 years but Tatiana went above and beyond giving us that “ state farm is here !” Experience.

My Mother and I had the pleasure of having Angelica helping us continue our homeowners Insurance. Angelica knows what she is doing!! She was very helpful and responsive, helped me with a very stressful situation, returned my calls, and kept me informed. She went above and beyond with communication. Miss courtney pickle I have to say amazing woman very professional Have been with State Farm 25 years. Maybe longer a rate of a 5 star with Courtney on their side. Bryce From State Farm, THIS MAN HAS A1 CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bryce stayed focus and patient with me while going through the policy, the terms and agreements! Did not rush me, Answered ALL of my questions with no problem at all. Will only be handling my car insurance with him every single time!!! I'm truly satisfied with the care Bryce took with me. I just switched my home, auto and umbrella policies from Allstate to State Farm and I'm saving at least $300/month for better coverage.
