From the very beginning Jody was amazing in helping us with everything needed to get us the perfect floors. There was no issues with getting the exact product we wanted. Came ahead of schedule and the installers finished very quickly. I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a stress free experience. We had Flooring Express re-do flooring in our two story house to include stairs. Jody is amazing to work with and I truly enjoyed chatting with him. Jody is upfront about costs, honest and will provide his professional opinion when needed. We have two rooms left to to do flooring in and Jody will be my first call. Jody's installer Rafael is fantastic, he communicates well and truly treats his job as an art form. We love our new floors and couldn't be happier with our treatment from Jody and his team.
