This guy is lucky I never saw him in public after he let my dog die. He’s mental and doesn’t need to be trusted with animals. May God have mercy on his soul if I see him.

Just cookie cutter experience had no clue what to do for Coco. At least he didn’t try to help. But he could have suggested taking Coco to an actual Surgeon. Waste of time and money at this Vet. Proceed with caution! At no time did he suggest a surgical consult! What difference does it make if I put a review the day of the visit or 4 years later?!? None. Facts are facts. And my heart goes out to people who do not get a transparent experience. But Coco was repeatedly seen by over 12 various Vets in and around the Davie area. Repeatedly the Vets didn’t even suggest removing the growth. Dr Stone an old school Vet did get me the confidence and courage to find a full animal hospital that could safely remove it. Coco’s still alive @17 1/2 years old now. Thanks to Dr. Woodby’s animal hospital down in Kendall. I don’t want to make Dr Bruce feel bad. But I’m more interested in getting the word out about the dysfunctional situation amongst some Vets. My goal is to say many Vets were very negligent. If they had- Suggested removal at the DPC Vet on Stirling Road for instance at the start of this growth - perhaps Coco would have not developed Cancer. The other Vets that failed Coco: Balasky; Camelot (the worst experience) VCA in Rock Creek. So I’m going back to all these Vets to let them know that mis treatment negligence and so forth can come back to them. I’ve had good experiences at other Vets. But spent so much money and time and anxiety- for the most part. My goal is not to come back and take any one to court. But to let others know to demand more than the mediocre. So yes I sought out another opinion from Dr Bruce. But it didn’t help solve anything and again just had to pay another Vet bill for not much.

DR Bruce is the best there is, but I do not need the person that answers the phone to cut me off because she has an EMERGENCY, please tame me off my Tula off your patient list because I'll be going to a different center maybe the humane society. I'm sorry but I'm up there on age. and has lots of Dr. appointments and now I have to squeeze my baby Tula. Need to do it to my convenience.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Bruce. My cat recently developed a hematoma, and Dr. Bruce handled the entire situation with the utmost professionalism and expertise. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff, making the entire experience comforting.Dr. Brce was not only knowledgeable about the condition but also demonstrated a gentle and caring approach towards my furless baby. He patiently explained the treatment options and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease.Moreover, the affordability of the services was a pleasant surprise, as quality veterinary care can often be expensive. But Dr. Bruce and the clinic offered reasonable rates without compromising on the exceptional level of care.I highly recommend Dr. Bruce and the entire team at Dr. Bruce's Animal Hospital. Their dedication to the well-being of animals is evident in their compassionate and pawsitive approach. Thanks to them, my cat is now on the road to a swift recovery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

This is my first puppy ever so I have been extremely careful with whom I trust to care for her & I decided to take my puppy in to get checked up on by Dr. Bruce. He was very loving and showed a genuine love for her and even played with her a little before doing her examination. Highly recommend! He's extremely knowledgeable, but also shows that he actually cares for the animal's well being & doesn't just try to take advantage and charge you unnecessary prices or medications. Thankful we found this place

Dr. Bruce is the most caring vet ever. He's kind and patient and thorough and explains everything in a way that makes sense. His prices are fair and he does not recommend any unnecessary testing or expenses. Everyone who works in the office is so nice and they all love my dog! We drive far just to see him, because he is the best!

Dr Bruce has been taking care of our Yorkie since he was a pup. Reggie is now 9 and a half and we would never go anywhere else. Dr. B is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and always tells it how it is. He is very conservative with his treatment and advise. We could not be happier and would recommend him without reservation. P.S. He is now looking after our kitty JoJo.

WE HAVE KNOWN DR BRUCE FOR MANY YEARS AND WE WERE ONE OF THE FIRST TO GO SEE HIM WHEN HE FIRST OPENED.MY HUSBAND AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR BRUCE. HE IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER KNOWN. HE IS TO THE POINT AND VERY HONEST. HE ONLY HAS THE BEST INTEREST WHEN IT COMES TO OUR PETS WELL BEING. THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY HELP IN ANY WAY THEY CAN. WE ARE TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND HIM.

I had a surgical consult with Dr. Bruce regarding our 8 yr old English Pointer. Dr. Bruce was honest, forthcoming, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased that his reviews on Google are accurate. I appreciated his staff and the attentive care we received during our visit.

I go to Dr Bruce’s Animal Hospital based on all the 5 star reviews -my cat Stretch receives excellent care when he visits which is about every six weeks to get his nails trimmed- Dr Bruce only advises what my cat needs as far as vaccines and preventative medicine. His staff is very personable and caring. I have total confidence in the care of my pet given by Dr Bruce and his staff. There should be a perfect ten rating!

just like most vets they don’t care if your pet is dying it’s all about money here. rude attitude on the phone. no wonder whoever is replying to reviews on here is so rude and entitled. definitely turned me off giving this place a try

Started bringing my pup here, Doctor Bruce is very knowledgeable and the staff is extremely helpful. Very upfront about cost which is extremely beneficial as well.
