CVS is horrible, compared to Walgreens or Publix. There is no way to call and speak to a person. Too many delayed prescriptions, no notifications or updates

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE CLINC UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE. The nurses are rude!!!! They do not like seeing patients but they signed up to work for this company in this specific profession as a nurse. Why do people become nurses if they do not like helping people????

I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy for about 10 years. I have no idea why people post such negative reviews. Susan and Sam, the pharmacist, are always considerate, knowledgeable, and kind. Ruben at the front desk has also always been courteous and helpful. I have never, never had a bad experience. They are an extremely busy location, so you have to be patient sometimes.

Unfortunately not a good experience at the pharmacy. They were untruthful in the availability of a prescription as they did not want to fill. However, we got it done, very unpleasant

Do yourself a favor- GO TO WALLGREENS. The CVS Pharmacy is extremely rude, inexcusable and unprofessional. I went inside to retrieve my prescription at 1:20p the cashier had my phone to input the 'Good RX info' this took her 10 min. the code was not working. As I re-freshed my phone it gave another code however the staff was closing the gate on me and said I needed move back and return after 2pm b/c it was there lunch break. For the time it took to tell me this the cashier could have input the code and checked me out. I was expected to wait for 30 min. in order to get my RX and check out. Ridiculous! I will never have another script sent here. As a customer service manager myself it is customary to finish the transaction with the customer in front of you before closing- NEVER mid transaction.
This millennial attitude of entitlement gets old and you will not be successful...yes I'm talking to you; thin brunette, curly hair with a deep voice.

This is my regular pharmacy as it is so close to my house BUT...... This pharmacy for the most part is uncaring and sooooo slow. Pharmacy associates sure do take their time getting to the customers. The day time pharmacist (a man) is obviously not happy with his job/life. The evening pharmacist(a woman) is very nice. Thats the ONLY reason they got 2 stars.

Why bother having a phone number at all since your entire IVR is set up to not have to speak with anyone...????!!! No really Im not talking to your robot. So I guess we have no business at all. Its a big fat pass for me....

Very clean drug store. Friendly staff and pharacist is knowledgeable. Hours of operation are reasonable. Easy access from major highways.

Was told my prescription would be ready in 30-45 minutes so I chose to wait. Received a message 40 minutes later that my prescription had to be ordered. Would have been nice to have been told this when I first came in. Requested just 1. Waited another 20+ minutes. Over 1 hr. Extremely frustrating.

Pascal and Jamie were very very very pleasant and very patient and beyond kind all customer service should be like this and I will continue to come to this CVS as I do a coupon etc. kudos to them! I hope they both get recognized for this for being so patient and kind with me

The employee Cristina was very kind and patient. He has a good disposition with clients. She was attentive to other elderly clients at her disposal at all times.
