if zero were an option I would gladly give it that. long story short, got oil change tech didn't tighten the filter properly and cars engine is now toast. after a month a "third party inspector " deems Tires Plus is not at fault and now everyone has ghosted me. Do not trust your second largest investment in these hacks.

If I could do zero stars I would because this place charged me over $500 and didn't even do the work that was supposed to be done. They gave me a small credit for only the alignment and kept the charges for labor and parts which, in reality were the largest amounts charged. If the work wasn't done right I should have received a full refund. If they didn't know how to do the job they should have said something and not received the vehicle. Don't take your vehicle to this shop if the work is not a regular, basic job. They'll take you for your money.

this is my new Go to for tires and service! went in for 2 tires got a free inspection and thanks to that they let me know about my brakes and suspension, I got the work done asap, great crew ASE certified techs and the store manager Jonathan is certified! customer service level is high.... they met my expectations, Thank you Tires plus you have earned my business!

This place has changed the oil on are vans twice. The van is used to transport adults with disabilities. We took today and they said they do not change oil on a van that big. However, they did twice before. I do not recommend this place. Do not buy tires because they are over priced and they won't do work if it's not convenient to them.

I read the reviews and was nervous but gave them a shot. Pricing wasn't bad but most importantly both Jonathon and Winston went out of the way to take care of me. I needed 2 tires on the fly, which they had to courier over and I was still in and out in a couple of hours. Bravo gentleman. Thank you and I'll be back.

Negligence runs rampant here. Each time I go (referring to this year only) they do something that lacks their focus that drastically affects me. Last time I was there they fixed a steering arm but neglected to test drive car and my car kept pulling hard right. This time around they promised me a 5:00pm completion to take a nail out of tire but yet kept my car overnight. To make matters drastically worst, they charged my credit card for someone else's repair. It's time I stop trusting them and take my business to one of the other numerous auto shops in the area.

I am so tired of men in this industry treating women like garbage. I was in the process of talking to the guy that worked there about when I could bring my car in for repairs and as soon as my boyfriend walked away from the counter the worker stopped talking midsentence to answer calls that were on hold and to help someone who walked in after me. I don't care that this place is walking distance from my house. I'd rather ride a bicycle than take my car here to be fixed. Save yourself the time and go someplace else.

Waited hours just for them to even look at my tire to see what was wrong and they never got to it. They are short staffed which is fine and I understand can happen, but they could have informed me of that and not made me wait hours for nothing. Wont be coming back.

I come here for service most of the time mostly for an oil change or tire. They are pretty fast you drop in your cAr for a few hours and then they are usually done . I suggest you make an appointment but if you can most of the time they can tAke you in . Once I had a flat and my husband took it in that day and they fixed it I was thankful because I had work the next day . The staff is always nice . They have an app that is so helpful you can make appointments or basically do anything on the app . They also have a credit card if your into that as well . And a ton of coupons and discounts. That will help you in the long run . I will take my car here as need be it's super close and if you wait in the plaza they have so much to do like shopping Publix and restaurants . So you can get lots done and not be bored at all they also have a waiting room if you want to wait inside .
