I tried for three weeks to get a quote for business liability insurance .... No One, but no one ever got back to me. I called and called again. They will take your information and give you the sweetest lip service but that's it! Just the worst.

Been a long time loyal customer with multiple policies for years. I just found out Advanced over charged me about $8,000 in premiums. Through a recent inspection, I found out I have straps not clips on my roof (straps are better than clips and reduce your premiums). Ryan, the owner, recommended the prior inspector. Ryan’s response to the recent inspection report was it was good news since my premium will go down (wrong answer Ryan). When I requested a retroactive refund, Ryan said insurance company don’t do that. Today I contacted Universal and they said they do and they will. Also got a quote from State Farm today; $1,400 less than what Ryan quoted me. Hello State Farm bye-bye Ryan.

As a realtor, I recommend Advanced Insurance to all my clients. I am also a real estate investor. Any insurance question or quote, I call Ryan. He is credible and knowledgeable.

Terrible customer service they call family member for Spanish translator for their company very annoying. Darrell Williams racist! Find bilingual speaking people to deal with your clients NOT family members to do your job.

Please read before you make any business with them, these ppl are the most unprofessional bunch of agents, even the owner Ryan is unprofessional, they cost me an arm and a leg because of their mistakes and when it was time to confront about it there was no one to talk to , There's an Agent names Darrel that literally yelled at me over the phone, so much for customer service, I recommend to not get involved with these scammers as all they want is your money and after that they will disappear on you. DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH THEM!!!!! SCAMMERS! THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLES OR EMAILS AFTER THEY GET THEIR MONEY!!!!!!!!
