They also offer a "buy, sell, & trade" model for collectors looking to add or off load from their personal collections. Staff is very friendly... and they host different events, activations, and limited edition collabs. On this day I dropped in for the Dungeon Forward pop up and got this super dope limited edition oversize Tee they dropped as a collab with the store. Def will be back.”

“My multiple experiences at Massimo Roma have been truly outstanding, and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service they provide.I first discovered them when I had asked a neighbor who she would recommend for alterations, and without hesitation she suggested I go to Massimo Roma. I was quite pleased with the work they did, so I decided to go back for a custom tuxedo. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. Paolo spent over an hour with me taking measurements and then educating me on the different types of fabric and styles for tuxedos and suits.Once we had decided on the specifics of the tuxedo, the information was sent over to their mill in Italy. They use the same fabrics as many luxury brands, including Zegna and Loro Piana. It took about 6 weeks to receive the tuxedo and then I went in for the fitting. Even though I thought it looked great on me, Paolo was not completely satisfied and pointed out some subtle details that he said would result in an even better fit if we were to address them. One week later I returned for the second fitting and was blown away by how making those minor alterations changed how the tuxedo fit on me!Since my purchase, Paolo periodically checks in with me to see how I am enjoying the tuxedo. Their commitment to quality craftsmanship shines through in every piece, and their customer service is excellent. I will be purchasing new suits from them later this year. The entire team - Paolo, Hector, and Massimo - truly care about their clients. I highly recommend Massimo Roma for your high-quality suits and formal wear!”

They took the time to help me design the perfect guayabera for the day (and at a great price too). I worked specifically with Lynette through email since I don’t live in Miami, but she was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I recommend them for your next guayabera purchase (even if you live out of town)!”

Anghelo's was able to perform an alteration on a pair of older pants, which others told me was not possible. In addition to the his service being superior to his competitors—Anghelo himself— is a very kind and professional man. He cares about his business, the quality of work it puts out, and most importantly, he cares about his customers. Unfortunately, these qualities seem to be rare here in Miami. I always have a great experience here, and a big part of that is Gwen. She’s friendly, welcoming, and has an incredible eye — she always knows what will look good on me and remembers my size and fit perfectly. She makes shopping effortless and fun. She even keeps treats on hand for the neighborhood dogs, which tells you everything about how she cares for people (and their pups!).
