I was shopping for a few stones that were suggested to me by an energy healer, and couldn't be more happier with the customer service and helpfulness of the girls working in Celestial Treasures. They helped me choose the stones and custom-wrapped those that were made as necklaces. The entire experience was pleasant, there girls are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Love this store, will be back when in Miami.”
“I had a technical problem with my Bulgari watch, I went to see Bulgari for a repair quote, and I went to see Robin In The Grove to compare the quotes. Robin In The Grove's service was much cheaper, and I preferred their professionalism, and I like to rely on their years of experience with watches from major brands. Unfortunately, I have no confidence in the expertise of employees of major brand houses in Miami, as their employees have no training and no « savoir faire ». I don't blame them, it's just Miami that is still young in terms of professionalism. I much prefer local family businesses. Next time I won’t bother going elsewhere!”
