“What a worderful gem this boutique hotel is. Chris was so very helpful to us and showed exceptional customer service from check in to check out. The concierge Art gave us great suggestions on what to see in the area and Daniel was a lovely server for lunch as we were waiting to check out. Every person made us feel welcome and valued.The boutique hotel is located perfectly on ocean dr, just at the beginning so the hustle and bustle and noise is far enough removed for a quiet stay in walking distance of everything and right across from the beach.Highly recommend this lovely hotel for your next stay at south beach. “Listen!! I can’t stop raving about the W as a hotel chain! This was my 2nd time at one of the hotels and we felt the warmth and welcome the second we arrived!From the moment we walked in and in till we left, the treatment was five solid stars! Our concierge Sole checked in on us everyday until we checked out! They provided a hand written welcome card with some yummy snacks.The breakfast was definitely worth any additional cost! Overall worth the priceRooms: Was upgraded to the Oasis with an ocean view, 1.5 bathroom with a full kitchenette!”

“Excellent hotel. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised as I didn’t expect that level of service in Miami Beach. The front desk was very helpful and responsive. The room was exceptionally clean. They offer a pretty impressive selection of food for brunch. Very nice warm pool for cold days. Despite the size of hotel it doesn’t feel crowded. Exquisite design and peaceful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay at Setai. Highly recommend!”

“It’s an older hotel. Definitely needs an upgrade of room decos. And all needs to know that if you are traveling in the same room with another person or more, the bathroom has no window but just a paper/plastic shades between bathroom and sleeping area so you would hear EVERYTHING from the bathroom and feel the light from bathroom during nighttime if someone go to bathroom then.. Good that they still had a door for the toilet though.. Minibar had $16 or $15 a jar snacks so my kids ate 8 of them in few days… but it’s ok they are on vacation I guess.Rooms: No queen size beds, just double size beds if two beds. Bathroom and sleep-room are only separated by a shade that is not blackout nor soundproof.”

“The Vagabond is a no frills great place to stay. The room was comfortable and the pool was clean. Would have scored higher if the hotel had better parking, better coffee, an included breakfast, and more amenities. The shower was excellent and the overall location is prime.”

“Really enjoyed staying here. The room was a lot more spacious than what I expected. Yes, our building didn’t have an elevator but it wasn’t that big of a deal. It’s self check in but they had someone at the lobby some of the days who was very friendly. Big bonus that it comes with two chairs and towels at the Boucher Brothers stand and we didn’t have to pay $20 a day for the chairs. I’ve stayed at other hotels on Ocean Dr that charge way more than what I paid for at this hotel and they were terrible. This location isn’t right on the beach but it was a 5 min walk and right above a lively street with amazing food. Definitely recommend and will be booking here again.”

“The team at this location is incredible! We had our company meeting here (30-40 guests) and we received great feedback on the hotel's location, amenities, cleanliness, quality of service, friendliness and of course helpfulness. Our group occupied a large number of rooms over our time there, as well as their meeting room which fit us well. The Angler team handled everything well and made everything work out seamlessly, especially for our meeting needs. We want to thank: Our super stars Laure, Augene, Diego and Christy (F&B, A/V and meeting room needs), Elizabeth and Luciana (room and reservations) and the front desk/lobby team Ramiro, Monica, Maira, Anthony, Hussien, and Gabriel. Valet Roman was also very gracious with our parked vehicles and unloading/loading needs. Additionally, since the hotel works with Georgios, they were able to help us get in contact with Santorini's team for our final team dinner which was amazing.I recommend this location and team for personal and professional needs. “The only word to describe this hotel is wow! What a wonderful and pleasant time I had at the 1 hotel I checked in around 1 PM, and the room wasn’t ready but they took our bags and gave us access keys to the facility for the day until the room was ready Had a wonderful time at the beach with Loura and Jose with set us up on the beach. I asked for a cabana and they gave it to me a great spot an hour into our day and the hotel text me to inform me that my room was ready. I told them I was still at the beach and enjoying my day so they sent my bags up and gave me my room number and informed to download the 1 hotel app and linked my digital key so I could go and have access to room whenever I was ready so I can finish the day at the beach and went up to the room to my bags in the room waiting for me and the room I got a king size suite that was a maculate the cleanest room I ever been in I made reservations at the rooftop restaurant the food was a Japanese cuisine that was excellent after finishing I went to the lobby where I met Ruth that was so nice asked her if I can check out late since I had late flight the next day she gave me the room till 12pm and informed and help me book a shower room with concierge, so I can stay the day and enjoy the pool and beach for rest of the day I had a 4pm reservation where they gave me a room to shower and change with my family and get ready for my flight that night. What a great experience I had at this hotel I travel a lot and by far this, Hass to be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I will definitely be back and enjoy this place one more time. Thank you to Chris Maldonado from Central Park 1hotel for suggesting and helping me book this stay what great time I had.Rooms: One of the cleanest rooms I ever stay in.Safety: Keys where need to enter pool and hotel from beach and personal where at all time helping out.Noteworthy details: The cabanas at the beach and pool wore worth it”

“Stayed here before we left on a cruise- the hotel is really beautiful! Clean, peaceful, and the lounge area was moody with great live music. Food and drinks were also amazing. The bar staff heard it was our honeymoon and sent us a round of drinks which is always so nice and not expected! The staff we had contact with were the nicest people and very helpful. You even have the amenities the next day of your stay even if you’re checking out.”
