“Excellent hotel. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised as I didn’t expect that level of service in Miami Beach. The front desk was very helpful and responsive. The room was exceptionally clean. They offer a pretty impressive selection of food for brunch. Very nice warm pool for cold days. Despite the size of hotel it doesn’t feel crowded. Exquisite design and peaceful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay at Setai. Highly recommend!”

“Nothing short of spectacular! We were staying at another hotel nearby and well…it was necessary to move. I walked into the W South Beach to just explore and consider moving to the W. The decision was a no brainer. We were greet by Ambassador Hal Demir. He showed us the impressive property and then showed us the room we had been eyeing online. Hal is a superstar of guest service. Giving us advice on many aspects/restaurants in the area. He then introduced us to Front Desk Director Rachael. Yet another superstar. We booked the room to check in the following day. We were upgraded (without asking) to the most incredible 1 bedroom/full living room & kitchen suite with a wrap around terrace with stunning views.
Rachael and Hal always has a smile and a kind word for us. This was true throughout the property.
Lucas at the hotel bar is another standout in hospitality, charisma and charm. Carolina at the breakfast restaurant (which is delicious) is superb.
Also, the online photos of the pool and overall property do not do justice to this extraordinary hotel in a great location. We will definitely be back!!!”
“The Vagabond is a no frills great place to stay. The room was comfortable and the pool was clean. Would have scored higher if the hotel had better parking, better coffee, an included breakfast, and more amenities. The shower was excellent and the overall location is prime.”

“The only word to describe this hotel is wow! What a wonderful and pleasant time I had at the 1 hotel I checked in around 1 PM, and the room wasn’t ready but they took our bags and gave us access keys to the facility for the day until the room was ready Had a wonderful time at the beach with Loura and Jose with set us up on the beach. I asked for a cabana and they gave it to me a great spot an hour into our day and the hotel text me to inform me that my room was ready. I told them I was still at the beach and enjoying my day so they sent my bags up and gave me my room number and informed to download the 1 hotel app and linked my digital key so I could go and have access to room whenever I was ready so I can finish the day at the beach and went up to the room to my bags in the room waiting for me and the room I got a king size suite that was a maculate the cleanest room I ever been in I made reservations at the rooftop restaurant the food was a Japanese cuisine that was excellent after finishing I went to the lobby where I met Ruth that was so nice asked her if I can check out late since I had late flight the next day she gave me the room till 12pm and informed and help me book a shower room with concierge, so I can stay the day and enjoy the pool and beach for rest of the day I had a 4pm reservation where they gave me a room to shower and change with my family and get ready for my flight that night. What a great experience I had at this hotel I travel a lot and by far this, Hass to be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I will definitely be back and enjoy this place one more time. Thank you to Chris Maldonado from Central Park 1hotel for suggesting and helping me book this stay what great time I had.Rooms: One of the cleanest rooms I ever stay in.Safety: Keys where need to enter pool and hotel from beach and personal where at all time helping out.Noteworthy details: The cabanas at the beach and pool wore worth it”

“Very interesting hotel if you arrive in the evening. You can go there on foot. Take the Miamover to the rental car center, then take the train/bus station access corridor to the end and go down, it's only a 500m walk to the hotel. So you can take your car the next morning only, no risk of delay at the rental company (set your alarm anyway ?)
This avoids having to queue for your vehicle the same evening, after a 9-hour flight when all you want to do is go to bed.
On the other hand, no restaurant nearby, plan something at the airport, it's more of an industrial area, not very pretty but just practical for one night.
The staff is welcoming, the hotel is clean and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast included in the price.”

“Went to this hotel to escape Hurricane Milton. Air conditioning didn't work in either room we rented, but they did repair it the next day. They would not extend our stay because we booked with points. Not a way to treat a member.
Walkability: Lots of stores and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Although near the airport, not noisy.”

“Love this Ritz location, I like it slightly more than south beach location but that depends what you are looking for. This is much quieter, closer to the beach and not much going on around. You don’t need your key to get around the resort. This location has adults only beach and they deliver food to the pool. Food options I thought were better too.
Food and drinks were great. Good service. Beach is so close and set up was done super quickly.

“Loews Miami Beach hotel is really nice. Rao's Italian restaurant is located inside Loews hotel. The lobby is spacious. There is a nice pool and pool bar. Music played for a little while but it would have been nice if the music played longer. There is also access to the beach from the hotel.”

Special thank you to Otto the shop manager for always being transparent and helpful in explaining what is wrong with the cars. They are also super fast and diligent when fixing the vehicle. A+++. “This place is absolutely perfect! We were blown away by the customer service. Very nice location to nearby restaurants and beach access. We got to Miami a day early for a cruise and booked a day pass to kill some time and enjoy beautiful Miami. The staff were top notch!! Very attentive and accommodating. “Very posh public spaces with an old-school glamour. The location is prime, of course, and is tucked away off of Collins Ave behind lush foliage. The lobby boasts gold-leafed Egyptian-like colums, in fact there is gold everywhere, and the walls boast some very interesting murals.
The front staff was very nice - excluding the valet/doorman. It is not a club - it is a luxury hotel.
The drinks were very good and should be at those pricepoints, and the pool/tiki area is awesome. Will go back to eat.
