I want to tell our story, so the same thing does not happen to another family. The CEO of Farm Stores works together with so called Farm Store Certified Brokers to use a classic bait and switch sales technique. When the CEO and broker were pitching to sell us the store, they explained that 30k of the selling price would go to an escrow account, which in turn will be used to fix the store we are buying. The store they sold us, was in run down condition and needed a lot of work. So, we decided to go with the deal and buy the store, and the only reason we went forward with the deal, was the promise that 30k of our money will be used to fix up our store. So, after we buy the store, I am getting multiple emails from Farm Store corporate employees, saying we spoked to the CEO and this he what he agrees needs to be fixed. They even sent out a contractor multiple times to give us estimates. The Markert Rep. for South Florida was calling me every day about the escrow account and when we will start work on your store. But through the three months nothing actually got fixed, just a lot of promises and run around. Then all of a sudden, the market rep. comes too my store and says, listen the way it works with your escrow account is you have to front the money first then we reimburse you. Huge red flag, so what they're telling you is put money on top of your money you already laid out. It gets even better, then about two days ago, my husband starts putting a lot of pressure on Farm Stores to fix the store because it been 3 months already. Then the CEO states there was never an agreement to fix the store. So, he literally lied to me and my wife's face. The entire Farm Store corporate team knew about the deal of the 30k, but all of sudden the CEO decided to keep our money. I recommend anyone who wants to buy FARM STORE franchise, run as fast as you can. If you want to buy a franchise, buy a real with franchise with no cash flow issues and who truly supports the family's that enter their system. They can care less about new franchisees and their success. The only care about taking your money for their own benefit.

Do not buy a franchise from this company. Especially if they tell you to put an escrow account to fix the store. The CEO lies right to your face then takes your money. Be very aware when working with Farm Stores Franchising. We just bought a store and instead of motivating and supporting us. They lied and kept our 30k that was supposed to be used to fix the store. They are obviously cash strapped as a company; Buyer be very aware !!!!

Guys. Gotta tellyou, I've been a fan of your eggnog for years despite the continual "evolution" of quality. This year however is my last. It's become an overpriced, waterdowned, flavored milk. It used to be this thick, creamy, sweet nectar and an annual tradition. No more until you guys go back to the original formula.
