I made an appointment 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I came to the parking garage a few minutes early to find the location - you will end up spinning in circles to find it bc it's just two parking spots. The man never showed up. I sent him emails saying I would wait for a bit and to call me (he doesn't provide a phone number on his website). When I spoke to the parking attendant about the parking fee he said it has nothing to do with the garage so I ended up wasting 40 minutes and paying $8 for a no show. DO NOT recommend.
