Terrible attention from the employee tonight. He didn't look for our sizes, he gave us different swimsuit dresses to try than the ones we had asked for. He spoke to us rudely. I left shocked by the bad treatment. We didn't understand what was happening to the girl.

I bought something online, the address was wrong, it won't let me cancel the order or change the address. There is no number to call. Customer service emails are not answered, and WhatsApp is not very helpful, everything is very slow. The clothes are very cute but the customer service is kind of bad. They don't care about the client. I'm not going to delete the comment until you help me with the change in my order.

This review is for my shopping experience at Agua Bendita on the afternoon of October 12, 2023. I forgot the name of the woman (since its been a couple of months!) who was helping us but I want to give her a shout out for going above and beyond during my time at the shop.I was there for probably around 2 hours total - as Agua Bendita has a huge selection of swim suits. The collection is such that you can easily mix and match tops/bottoms from the same collection for a new look. Also, I like that they apply a new sticker to bottoms for every time you try a new suit on - rather than other stores who leave the same sticker on for every person who tries it on (ick!). It feels super sanitary and clean.The woman helping us really took her time to help me find the right suit for me - she was so patient and kind and helpful. What I also loved was that she was incredibly honest as well - she didn't just try to push any and all suits on me. While I tried them on she would either nod her approval or shake her head with disapproval - and WE NEED THAT. I love that she believes in the quality of the bathing suits so much that she wouldnt willingly send a customer out in a suit unless its an actual 10/10 look. At the end of the 2 hours and maybe 100+ suit combination laters, I came out with two swim suits that compliment my body type a LOT. My fiance was there shopping with us and learned that even tho a suit may look a certain way on a model online - the way it actually looks on diff women's bodies is totally different! He was SO happy with the two suits I left with.I really appreciate the white glove experience that this woman offered me - I was really allowed to take all the time I needed to try on (or re-try on) different swim suits to see what I felt the most confident in and I really value that experience. For sure, the suits are a bit on the expensive side but you can tell the quality is top tier. The beading/detailing is sewn on by hand and I know that I will keep my swim suits for a long time.Anyway, I really really wish I got her name while shopping because I think about her all the time and how this was probably the best customer experience I've ever had in a retail setting (even better than going engagement ring shopping!) So - for corporate reading this - please find the woman staffed on Oct 12, 2023 at the Coconut Grove Miami location because she deserves a raise and a bonus. Not many folks working retail would go to this level to make a customer feel special.

Ordered a Jumpsuit and it came way too big. Contacted them to initiate a return and followed all the instructions + paid $18 for shipping to make sure it is tracked. They said that the refund would be effective between 5-10 business days, I waited and nothing happened. Contacted again in whattsapp (no phone number provided) and they said that the refund will take 10-15 days, By now I provided the proof of delivery 7 times. It has been a month and they keep making excuses, about UPS not sending updates (even though I showed 7 proof of delivery). This is unacceptable and a scam. I own a business and understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, but having the customer send 7 times the proof of delivery and still making her wait a month for a simple refund of an item is clearly working in bad faith and looking to law advantage of the customer. I have submitted a complaint with my credit card and expect my money back for the item I purchased and will never buy with that brand again.--
