Stores... and this was our experience...This was my 3rd time @ the Coconut creek location. All employees (kids) were playing video games, they should all be fired. We are a young couple and couldn't believe how unprofessional they are. Your reviews are so bad. When are you going to fire them all and hire responsable people. We were waiting in line and they didn't acknowledge us. We had to ask the questions to get help. This Xfinity is in such a nice area you should have nice and professional knowledge people as the one in Boca Raton, FL.

Do not go to this store and do not get Xfinity services. They quoted me for Xfinity Mobile, put my information in the system and signed me up without my consent. I did not authorize the transaction, nor did I sign any contract. Now I'm being billed by Xfinity Mobile and they are refusing to give me a refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've been with Xfinity for 10 years and was considering their phone service, but now I am canceling everything and I'm glad I stayed with Tmobile who ALWAYS puts their customers first.

If you had to bet money on a race between a snail and the employees at this store, you better all in on the snail. These guys are as slow as slow can be. They will also try to drain every last penny from your account as well.

I echo the complaints of many customers who walk into this Xfinity store and are ignored and feel looked down upon by the staff. These are a bunch of young kids that are more interested in talking between themselves and trying to look cool then they are doing a job. It's really sick.
I brought my broadband internet cable box into terminate my service with Xfinity. They didn't even ask me why. They just took it and that was it. Back to talking between themselves. Didn't really say hi to me. Didn't look at me. I was just a bother to them.
This is a terrible company. You can read the horror stories of their introductory offers which you should never fall for. I had no choice but to take the introductory offer as Xfinity was the only game in my building that had the speeds that I needed. After 2 years, I went from $85 a month to over $145 a month just for internet. It's sick. We called Xfinity and asked them to lower the price and basically they told us to buzz off. They thiught they were the only game in town and they weren't interested at all. Yes I know I should have contacted them before the two years what's up but I'm very busy and I missed the cut off date and before I knew it they had been charging me an extremely high price of almost $150 a month for 3 months. I was getting around 300 megabits per second on the download and approximately 20 on the upload on my gigabit service. Also there's a $50 charge if you go over 1.5 terabytes a month which is hard to do but still they all screw you if you do this or if you have a bunch of kids in the house streaming.
So what I did is I went to AT&T They just got 5G internet to my area within the past month. I got my 5G box for $60 a month and brought it home. No contract. No overage charges. No dealing with Xfinity or this terrible store. I can cancel at any time and apparently they don't raise rates. My speeds were close to 400 (but I'm on a high floor) for downloads and for uploads I was between 30 and 50 megabits per second.
Xfinity is a scummy disgusting company in my opinion. It would have cost them nothing to lower my rates even to $65 a month and just laid back and continued to take my money. Instead they tried to rip me off and continue to bleed me and take advantage of me. Now they're not getting anything. But here's the kicker...
The night that I took back my box to return to this store, I went to the president of the community and they were having a board meeting and I told them about my story and how AT&t has 5G that comes to our buildings and provides a much faster quality of service for less than half the price that Xfinity charges. They were shocked. It's going out to everybody in the entire community which are hundreds of people. Xfinity, you tried to rip me off for an additional $70 a month in addition to overcharging me to begin with and now you're getting nothing and you're going to be losing dozens and dozens of customers. Great business plan!

No matter what you do, you can't talk to a live person to correct a problem with service. I finally had a service person.Come to fix my problem.He said there was nothing he could do.He would turn it over to supervisor never heard from supervisor can't get anybody back on the phone service still not working properly the worst company possible for service and customer service period.
If it Wasn't for the fact that my HO.A contributes to a large portion of the bill.I would certainly change service providers . If I could give it no stars I would.

Very poor service. I walked in and stood in the middle of the store for several minutes and no one acknowledged that I was there. Another customer came in and asked if I was inline. I loudly responded I don't know about a line. They don't know I am here. Finally a guy said next and she was just doing a return so I let her go in front of me.
6-7 guys behind the counter and 4 customers yet they could not take care of business.
The guy that was to take care of me kept whispering to me and I kept saying what. He did not have a clue what was going on. Every question I had he turned to another guy and they pushed the buttons. I was told when I got my phone to come back in to cancel the insurance. He tells me he can't cancel insurance. I then asked to purchase a screen protector and cover for my phone. They don't carry phone covers to fit my 1 year old phone. Another guy comes out with the screen protector. I asked that he put it on since I can't. This guy took my phone and was gone to a back room for 15-20 minutes. Finally he came out and I paid $10 for 1 single screen protector. Half price from the usual $20 for a $3 protector.
I get home and there are finger prints under the screen and it was applied crooked so there are bubbles at the bottom of the screen. The first time my phone gets hot the protector will roll up and fall off my phone. A wasted $10 and over an hour of my time.
This store needs some lessons in customer care.

Comcast as a whole stinks. No customer service at all. No one on the phone speaks ENGLISH.

Besides the terrible service and useless employees who can't do anything because they are a "Branded Partner" and have no capabilities, they can't even process payments for Xfinity services. All they can do is give you the address of another Xfinity store. Moreover, they refuse to let you speak to a manager, claiming the manager is not at the workplace!

I cancelled my plan and returned my equipment, then was charged still on autopay for another full month. Upon calling Xfinity, after an hour of talking and promising refund for this, they disconnected me. Predatory business practice here and they made an unauthorized charge on my card.
