Time is money, and this branch excels at wasting both.I've had two appointments and several calls with this branch, and each time they've failed to give me enough procedural information to accomplish basic tasks. The attitude I've gotten from more than one banker makes every interaction even more of a trial.Save yourself a headache and bank in a different town.

Really bad service, we went down there because we needed to get a cashier check, the banker told us the system was down and couldn’t do anything for us, she didn’t even try to do one manually, immediately after we went to another Wells Fargo Branch ( 400 N state rd 7, Margate FL) and even being the system down they managed and moreover made the effort to get it done, they told us we would have to wait due to the mentioned issue but the manager and another banker helped us a lot.

Went to the bank today to get a copy of a wire transfer I did two years ago.Araf was excellent ?10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for him.He was patient, very nice person, excellent customer service, didn't feel rushed, even though, he was in his lunch time. Thanks Araf.

I made an appointment at 2, I went in there, they were super busy and the guy tells me to sit and that it’s going to take a while, then asks if I want to reschedule too.Made they’re not aware what appointment means.

Jail is the only thing that stopped me from slapping the taste out of one of the tellers mouths. Because how im talking to you and you keep interrupting me?!? I literally had to walk out to hold my composure. Rude bxtch

Renee was such a joy! She made my day. She help me out on something I didn’t even know I needed on my Wells Fargo app and put a good big smile on my face with her jokes! She deserves a raise for her customers service alone!

Saturday 4/ 15/23 standing in line behind 2 business Acct customers this will take time! " The greeter " is asking people behind me what they need clearly I an older woman at the head of the line can wait!!! So finally 20 min later I'm though just needed my quarters.
