The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. Almost all staff members are rude. They don’t know how to smile. Do not use the delivery. Today was the third time I wanted my medication delivered because I’m not feeling well and the third time they are telling me the courier canceled on them. But in the app it said it was out for delivery. I have been waiting all day. The staff members are not very compassionate. There is another medicine I needed that’s been out of stock everyday they have been telling me we will order it but they didn’t . Next day they tell me the same thing. This is people’s health. Im not asking for coffee. People need their medicine. Then there was another time I got sick and couldn’t leave the house so I chose same day delivery. It showed out for delivery but never arrived. I called Walgreens and as always they sound so bothered when you speak to them. She the tells me the courier canceled and never picked up the prescription. It would have been nice to know. Again people need their medication I’m not ordering grocery’s. Next day I go to the pharmacy to pick it up and they tell me it was already picked up. I explained to the lady that I called last night and the courier canceled last. Night. She went back and forth with me and told me she doesn’t have it. Again rude staff. I asked her again to check. And there it was my medication. She almost send me away again without my medication. She clearly saw how sick I was and she goes back and forth with me. They need to hire some compassionate staff. Especially in that industry. This is the third time I asked for delivery and it wasn’t delivered. They need to make changes to the delivery part and hire customer service friendly staff. I see a lot of bad reviews regarding Walgreens pharmacy. I think I’ll switch to cvs.Walgreens store 4601 N state road 7Coconut creek fl 33073

The drive-thru at this location will tell your medicine will be ready in 15 minutes then you go back down there 15 minutes to an hour later and they say oh it's not ready yet or we're out why would you not do your job the first time and this has happened multiple times it's not a one-off if you don't like working there then quit

very bad service to deliver the medicine.. they call you to let you know that the medicine is ready and that is lies because when you go to pick it up they tell you to come back later... and they are always doing this

The pharmacy employees (not all but some) and the female white middle aged pharmacist who was working June 1st, 2023 at approximately 5pm was the most unprofessional, rude, condescending witch of a woman that I have ever dealt with while I was trying to ask a question about a medication. She was horrible to me, a long time customer who picks up multiple medications monthly. Before she hung up her speaker phone and walked away from the drive through window she told me I was wasting everyone's time and I should go to CVS. I would like a call or personal email from Walgreens corporate to apologize to me for an employee speaking to a customer that way. Unreal customer service. Terrible. And I did go right over to CVS and they were very helpful.

The drive-through at this location is the absolute worst. I waited for 15 minutes only to be told by some gen-z clerk that she already came to the window once. Huh? I was right there and NO ONE came. I guess all she expects is to be paid just for showing up, much like the participation trophy her mommy and daddy always gave her. No work ethic whatsoever. My advice, go inside where an adult with responsibility will assure you’re taken care of and gen-z kids can’t disrespect their elders.

The posted store hours (8am to 10pm) seem to be a suggestion rather than accurate. Arrived at 9:40pm and found the doors locked, lights on, employees walking around. Fortunately, there was a 24/7 Walmart not far that has all the same crap and then some. When is Eckerd making a comeback?

I've been trying to get a coupon added to be able to afford a medication and nobody seemed to have the patience to help me until Christina (from pharmacy) answered the phone. She took the time out to hear me and to assist me get my medication with the coupon I've been trying to apply. Thank you, Christina!

The worse Walgreens ever. I ordered 6 items online for in store pick up. 2 of the items they didn't have in stock. Even though I checked allow substitutions they didn't substitute. I asked why and they said the last time they did the customer got mad. I told them if they were concerned they should have called me. I also have to wait 3-5 days for my Walgreens cash to go back to my account. I cancelled the order and used Walgreens cash to pay. A waste of my time and gas. The woman that helped me was the older woman who always has a scowl on her face. She always has an attitude and bad customer service. She is a team lead or assistant manager. She should be fired!

I have to say that this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Walgreens Pharmacy!! I had a very specific circumstance and Dom in the Rx was super helpful and was able to get what I needed done. I would recommend you go to him when going to the pharmacy!!!
