In my humble opinion, I have had a bad experience with a girl at the pharmacy many times and I have asked for my medication for a year after my depression. She always denies me my medication. She only gives me one and then she brings me to my house and tells me that there is more medication. I don't understand. Because she is like that, she knows how to make things very easy for me, she doesn't give me everything, and since I have more medication, she says I haven't already reported her to a cashier guy who is very kind, but she keeps denying me my medication, it bothers me a lot. Why is she very haughty, spoiled, the boy told me that she has had many complaints about her. In my opinion, I don't want to continue asking for my medication. The other girls at the pharmacy are very rude. It's not just her that's happening to me, it's more her. Say no, there is no more medication and I repeat, there are 4 and then the other girl checks and there is the medication, someone has to be something, otherwise I will continue giving my opinion.

Most of the employees are nice and I usually don’t have to wait very long to get my Rx. Calling to get information, however, is a nightmare. Several times now I’ve been put on hold for 20-30 minutes, then hung up on. I’m way better off just driving there, but I shouldn’t have to that. Management PLEASE hire more employees for customer service. With the exorbitant prices of medication, you can certainly afford it.

I want to say that there’s three special employees at the Walgreens at the corner of lyons and coconut creek parkway they are the following Scott , Jada Brooklyn, no matter what time of the day or week I go through drive-through they greet me with asmile and good afternoon with my last name in my opinion Walgreens to recognize these three employees promote them. Give them a raise even go as far as Walgreens take notice of how these special employees treat. Their customers who come to the drive-through pick up. The prescriptions I highly recognize all three employees. I highly believe the other employees and other Walgreens should take notice of how professional these three employees are I am so honored to write this and honored to say this thank you, Joey GOURLAY

Woman answering the phone at the pharmacy around 5pm had such a bad attitude! I called with some questions about filling a prescription and she was extremely unhelpful in her answers and seemed annoyed that I was even asking her to begin with like I’m supposed to know how her job works. Who is training the staff to treat people this way?HORRIBLE customer service and do unfortunate because I’ve never had a bad experience with this pharmacy before.

Chris the manager or should be manager helped me today with my FedEx shipping order. It says online that they are a full size FedEx site maybe I read it wrong. He slipped it into an envelope and sheathing for the label and sent it out for me. He helped me 3X in one visit. Exceptional customer service and professionalism all the way out the door. He needs a promotion or a raise.

THE WORST WALGREENS! Won’t spend 1 penny in that store ever again the rudest pharmacy people. If I could give this store 0 stars I would! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Only way this pharmacy gets better is if they fire the whole staff and hire new people!

I transferred my Rx's to Publix over two years ago.Stop calling my doctor to refill my Rxs.You offer poor service, I have calledmultiple times only to be left on hold or hung up on. This is just a small sample of why I chose Publix and I've been extremely happy with them.
