Back in August I went into this store to upgrade 2 lines. I have used this location many times in the past without issues. The customer service associate told us if we change my child's line to a regular unlimited line we will receive her new phone free. Fast forward to November and we called to place a claim on her phone. We were informed not only was her phone NOT free, it was $700 and were paying monthly for it, but that associate also denied her insurance coverage...we previously had the family insurance plan which covered all of the phones... so not only are we paying for a phone that was suppose to be free, but do not have insurance on it. When I went into the store to speak with them about it I was told the associate no longer works there...so... nothing they can do about it... WOW.. so now I'm paying for a phone that no longer exists...Great customer service.The Verizon customer service lady was on the phone with me while I was at this location hearing the entire conversation and she was even taken back and told me in the future to purchase my phones and make changes directly through the main Verizon customer service.

I went in without appointment on a weekend to upgrade my old iPhone 13 pro to 15 pro max. All my questions were answered about the device, payment options, account, and transferring over data from old phone to new one. I was assisted with finding the right case too. I felt no pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need, the perfect amount of service. With the exception of data transfer to backup to iCloud before trading in my old phone (beyond Verizon's control ofc), the process was quick and I was out the door with a new iPhone 15 pro max in the color I wanted with the perfect case and most of my data/settings in tact in under two hours. Would defiantly recommend this location.

After a Samsung update, my phone would no longer connect to the network. Customer service gave me two options after trying tirelessly to help me get it working. The first option was to get a phone sent to me. The second was to try a new sim card. The only connectivity I had was internet thank goodness. At least I could contact people when I was online. After an emergency appointment, I went to a Verizon store in Coconut Creek and was told that I had to pay for a new phone. The rep called customer service. He told me he had worked there for 2 years. He didn't know that customer service can't send out a new phone? Only tech support can do that after exploring solutions. Yes, I believe he knew that. After trying a new sim card and no sim card with the Esim, the tech support man finally agreed to send out a new phone after putting me through the entire process of solutions all over again. I asked the rep in the store, "is the new sim card still in my phone?'" He said, "no the old one is" When I returned home after grocery shopping I found out there was NO SIM CARD IN MY PHONE and I could not use it even with internet calling now. I needed to call my 78 year old mother about a doctor appointment I had to take her to the next day. But with no sim card, my phone was nothing but a brick. This rep never made eye contact with me for a second the entire time I was there. He seemed annoyed that he had to work. I was frustrated at the situation and he didn't have any empathy at all. Then he intentionally gave me my phone back with no sim card. i went to a different Verizon store and purchased a sim card to get my phone working on wifi until my new phone arrived. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my 66 years of living.

The absolute worst place to get a phone or service connected! Nobody knows anything about anything! They have to call and ask people for help, they had my whole family there until 10pm multiple nights because they didn’t k ow how to port over a phone number properly. Now it’s been 6 months of getting screwed on our bill, they never processed our rebates properly and now we are paying $200 more a month and the best part is our service is 10 times worse then metro pcs was, I can’t even send a picture mail without 5 minutes of loading and their 5g doesn’t work!

I went on last Friday bc my iPhone wouldn't power up and Mal was not only so helpful, but friendly and she didn't push me to buy a new phone. She fixed my problem, gave me my options, and made sure I was good to go. Thank you, Mal!!!!!

Jonathan Martinez was a wonderful help with our Verizon service. He was very patient and knowledgeable about our phones and plans. He presents himself very well!
