  I’ve had 2 priority mail letters mistakenly sorted at this place. It should be very simple to mail from Florida to North Carolina, but each time my packages ended up in the Northeast somewhere, New Jersey or Pennsylvania. Priority mail should take 3 to 5 days both times it was a 10 day journey for a simple envelope. Also... read full comment

  I wish I could work here so I could get paid to be rude and do nothing all day. Every single employee here has given me attitude for dropping off packages or asking simple questions. This place sucks.

  They’re kind, fast and know how to do their job. What more could we ask for? 10x better than the Mission Bay location?‍?
