I’m always super anxious any time I need to ship/return something. Did I package it right? Do I have the right QR code? Where do I put the sticker on the box? Thank god for Arielle. She was the sweetest girl, and assured me I’m not alone in my shipping anxiety. She greeted me the second I walked in and helped from start to finish, making my anxiety disappear. Will definitely be using this UPS location in the future!
