Don't trust the online price for pre-owned vehicles. Attempted to purchase vehicle for my daughter that was listed at $11,500. After all their mandatory fees they wanted me to pay over $17,000. That is a 50% markup from their advertised price. Completely set up to get you in the door, so don't waist your time.

So, I am from Canada. Maybe they thought they could make a few quick bucks... I went for an oil change before heading back. They came up with approx 1500.00 worth of work. I had my car inspected thoroughly in Canada before I left, to make sure all was in order, by my friend and trusted mechanic.. Anyway, one small item that they said needed immediate attention was my air filter. They sent me a video, showing me how dirty it was. I refused all service, came home. Being mechanically savvy, I checked my air filter, it looked almost new...I know, because I had changed it myself about 2 months before. Below are the pics...first one is what they sent me, the other 2 are what it really looked like...how can I trust anything these people say.

The tech was dishonest. I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation at 10am today. I had marked all my tires. Car was done around 12:30. When I got home I realized I forgot to check my tires and sure enough, there were all in the same place!! Not rotated! Had I not marked my tires I would've gone another 3-5 thousand miles wearing out my tires. I went back and spoke to the supervisor who was very nice he wanted to send my car back to get it done, offered a refund, but it was part of a deal, free rotation with oil change. Will just take to Firestone. Maybe that's why it's free, cause they don't actually do them! I just wanted him to tell the person, tech 366603, that that was f*** up to do that! He apologized and said he would take care of it. If you ever get your tires rotated make sure to mark your tires!! My experience with everyone I spoke to was great. They were all very nice and professional.

I have a preapproval from Capital One Auto Loan. I have bought 3 cars with Capital One in the past. All I need is to test drive a car and have it ready. On numerous occasions I came to this dealership and they will tell me to wait. Like I dont have things to do instead I am not desperate. If i make an appointment when I come there, have the car ready for me to drive. I sent them several cars, I get there nothing is ready. They are so use to people being desperate that they cant even get it right. Like it shouldn't be this complicated to test drive a car. If I make an appointment honor it. I see salesmen flirting with their colleagues and when you ask for help they have a magical client coming. Every-time I come in they are cracking jokes and hanging out it the front instead of being efficient when someone walks in. It seems they thrive off of Chaos, confusion, and desperation from customers. I dont live my life that way. I tried to give them a chance. I came three times and it was always smoke up my sass. Going somewhere else. I have several people text me throughout the day but when I get there nothing is ready.

I had a text exchange with an associate to view a used car. I let the associate know I was coming down to view the car and was advised the car would be ready for me. An hour later after arriving, I was notified the vehicle already sold earlier in the day. It would of been professional to advise the car was already sold. Once there, they tried to sell me a different car. I do not think this was a good sales tactic and they did not appear to value my time. Now I am still getting contacted every other day by text/email to look at cars. I would hope they maybe someday they will make it right about the 2 hours totally wasted trip/time/gas. Will update if they do... Edited - This is for the Al Hendrickson Used Car Outlet...

This is the worst Toyota Dealer in Broward County. I had a 1:30 appointment for oil change. The person that I checked in with told me that he was busy in his phone and he will be right with me, after 10 minutes he took care of me with a nasty attitude. And eventhought I had a appointment I wait 2 hours for my car to be service.

these people are lame as shit, bought a 2019 rank from some nick kid there and they sold me a vehicle that I had problems with the first two weeks I live three hours away and all they could tell me is bring it back so we can work on it. The entire time The kept telling me I could go into a Toyota dealership no problem, not knowing that dislocation was the only one in the whole entire state of Florida.. definitely got lied to a lot and got no help whatsoever with the truck problems. Had to figure out everything out on my own. Tells me to give him 10 minutes for a call back and I've yet to hear from him been probably a month so far. I will be refinancing and doing everything in my way to lower payments for my truck and I will be giving you guys the worst review. Definitely a one star won't be coming back Now they want me to come in for a oil change 3 1/2 hours away how about just give me some gift cards to the local Jiffy Lube lol. total waste of your time and a super big headache and hassle. Thought buying your first vehicle was supposed to be a fun exciting time but it was just a big old headache. Stay far away from this place and make sure you test drive the car before you buy it the only make you drive about a mile and a half half if that. I also wasn't shown any of the features my truck had I had to figure everything out by myself not even a quick walk around or interior showing. All they wanted to do is close the deal. I love my truck, but the service I provided is literally terrible and the worst I've ever seen.

High pressure, misleading information. Had to return for a second key. Needed an appointment for buffing out a scratch.

This is a very very old dealership! It looks like it is stuck in the 90's! Only difference is back in the 90's salesman seems more caring! I went there and saw a salesman arguing with a customer! I walk right out and went to another dealership! This place needs an overall facelift with better employees training and definitely background! My experience was awful, i will never go back!

Spoke to Sabrina, used car manager at 6:15pm. We were planning to buy a specific car for our daughter. She assured us the car was there and sent a video. At 6:40pm we walked into the lot and were told the car sold "fifteen minutes ago". Do you really believe your customers are idiots?! Will never be back. We don't do business with liars.

I've given the service department two attempts at fixing my car issue and as of today 01/11/2024 my problem persists. I have let be known and was told my complaint would be be forwarded and I have yet to have someone above the terrible service management ie FABIO and EMMANUEL to get back to me at this point I just want my money back since I have had to drive my car all week with hazards on. I have no faith in the competency nor capability of this place and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR RETURN HERE FOR ANY CAR NEEDS AND ADVISE YOU TO BEWARE! You have been forewarned . Go somewhere else.

Long story short, I purchased a brand new 2024 Toyota 4Runner from Al Hendrickson. After purchasing the vehicle I noticed the paint job had small scratches throughout the whole vehicle. Al Hendrickson made it such a HUGE hassle to fix their mistake. They did not return phone calls or emails. Various times I had to show up in person to get an answer. Finally, Al Hendrickson provided a professional auto detailing shop $500 to fix the issue. I did not receive anything complimentary, not even an "I apologize" from anyone at Al Hendrickson. I would NEVER go back to this dealership again and cannot recommend anyone after this horrible experience. Sales person was Charles W., who was not helpful. Service manager was "Fabio" who was beyond terrible Executive Assistant was Jessica F., who was at times helpful.

Al Hendrickson Toyota has the worst customer service team, they lie over the phone to get you in the door, then push a totally different car than was discussed, the people that cut eachother from sales even when asking for specific people, Juan Gonzalez who didnt listen to my needs or make me feel important at all, lied and told me nothing in my price was available and a car i saw online was sold last night which wasnt true. Then, Ferrari Bernadotte was the worst sales representative who lied to get me in the door, and didn't listen to my needs or what car I wanted. He also after a terrible situation that happened in the AM, called to apologize becsuse he knew it was wrong and stated he had the keys in his hand to a car I originally wanted in the AM, the one that said it was available online but upon me about to come back in the evening less than a hour after we spoke, he called to tell me another sales person grabbed the keys while he was on a break. terrible service and I can't believe they called and then did that . NEVER GO TO THEM!!!

Called to ask for car parts price. Asked for part number and was told company policy was to not give out part number. Splash guard front price was told $240, ridiculous. Other Toyota website price of $136 (sale price). Amazon OEM $127 or non-OEM $50
