The LEAST CONVENIENT BANK in the US that’s for sure! And the ATM machine at this branch is outdated and malfunctioning. Today is the second time the ATM machine has caused some issues during my transactions. The first time the machine crashed suddenly mid transaction as I was doing a deposit; the deposit didn’t go through I had to call and it took weeks to finalize the transaction. And the second time which was today, it took my card and I got a message saying unfortunately they can’t give me my card back I’ll have to request a new card. What in the world?! Closing my account with them ASAP to open a new account at a more convenient bank. This is absolutely ridiculous.

as soon as i walked in they were extremely helpful and attentive! The person who helped me was named greg, not only was he efficient, he was also very kind and funny! He even gave me some stuff for my dog. He immediately helped me as soon as I walked in and I was in an out within 20 minutes extremely happy! Thank you greg!

Been a long-time customer who’s always had great service at this location. Shout out to Matthew at the drive-thru who is attentive and gives great customer service everytime! Also big thanks to Greg who was truly awesome when I brought a family member there to open an account. Keep up the good work guys ?

I’ve been trying to reach the branch for over a week calling everyday leaving messages after messages every day even on the weekend like right now I just did again, because I’m out of the state and the only ones that could help is the branch according to the customer service department and no one seems to answer the phone there or even call back. That’s ridiculous, not to mention that I spoke with someone named Bryan which he was actually supposed to call me back to help me out with my problem and nothing.Now I call over and over again and no one seems to answer or even be professional enough to call back.So be aware since Td bank is only in Florida’s and you end up having to be out of state for any reason this branch sucks to actually help and support for what ever you need with your account.Because by the phone with customer service they can’t help depending the problem you are having then you have to reach out to the bank you opened your account with. Which that doesn’t seem to work.

Drive thru is getting worse need to check your account because they are depositing money to a different account it has happen to me twice and then had to wait for half hour

Needed help with a personal issue taking place, however do not bank here. I was considering banking here since the location is convenient, however noticed the employees are not welcoming and do not make eye contact when walking by to say hello. I literally had the same people pass by me 12 different times with zero human connection. I will say once I was able to speak to the branch manager, he was helpful. Hopefully they read their reviews, and if so.... Just a nice suggestion for the team, even though an employee isn't helping a particular customer waiting, just acknowledge people and say hello or smile. Kindness goes a long way, even if you don't need anything from the person waiting. First impressions and continued professionalism matter to customers. I don't mean any of this in a snarky way, it's truly to offer guidance. My profession runs on customer service. No business should want to be average, nor just below average.

The bank is good, I always get any issues resolved right away. Chris Rodriguez is very attentive and helps me out quickly. Good Finn services rep too. Manager and all the crew have always been nice. Thanks Jay

Bad planning for this branch. Waited for over an hour to get my daughter's a new debit card.Stephanie, the teller needs to be trained in customer service. After telling her that my daughter had scoliosis surgery a week ago therefore can't sit around for too long; she said we ask for your # so if you want to go to lunch while you wait... Coz it's a long wait Ha?Only Anita is doing debit cards. Noone else has access. Why would TD bank not cross train? Why give access to only one person for this function? And Anita was in no hurry.I had to go back to the line to ask for status. Eric was courteous and explained what was going on.Finally they got to us and the process didn't take long.. Anita and Eric were personable and Eric opened the doors for us leaving.. But it shouldn't have taken this long...

After being a customer for several years, I was tired of being financially raped by TD bank. They are perpetuating extreme stress on everyday hard working Americans with their overdraft fee's. I am a senior citizen living on a social security check and income from a two day a week job. I need every penny from my income to pay my bills and put food on the table. Over this past month, TD bank has debited my account $270.00 with overdraft fee's. I was unable to pay my monthly FPL bill and buy food for two weeks. Do you think the CEO, making millions of dollars in salary and perks, ever has to worry about how he is going to pay his bills or put food on the table? In plain English, TD Bank and the banking industry "does not give a s*** about hard working Americans!!! They keep raping and taking our money! I wouldn't recommend TD Bank to the local animal catcher!!! Enough is enough......

If I can give a "zero" star - I would. TD bank is TERRIBLE! Made a Zelle transfer to a family member who NEVER received the money and TD Bank won't refund me the money. Basically the money is lost and they say that it's not their fault. Why do you offer a service to your customer if you can't back it up? Every time I called customer service, I spend over an hour on the phone with them only to get the same scripted answer and pointing finger at Zelle. This is FRAUD!!! Do not use TD bank. I am closing out my account with them. TD BANK = FRAUD!!!

Every time I come through the drive through it’s a long wait. I’ve been here for 15 minutes after sending in my withdrawal slip. It’s the same guy every weekend.
