My remote controls and app don’t work and can’t any support.. HOW STUPID IS IT WHEN A BEDDING COMPANY CLOSE THIER CALL CENTERS IN THE EARLY EVENING! I WISH I COULD RETURN IT!!!

Once you have a Sleep Number bed, you won't go back to anything else! There is nothing better than being able to customize your mattress to your current needs. I have a bad back, so sometimes I need to make it firmer, other times softer. Just purchased my second one, as we are upgrading from a queen to a king. I had the prior queen for 19 years, and it was still going strong. They are worth every penny.

The Manager was wonderful and the young man that showed us around the showroom was so helpful. This is my 3rd sleep number but it is always better when you have great customer service!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would for the absolute hell I’ve been through since the day I got this mattress. Almost two years ago my husband and I walked into the store with our newborn, we were young parents and we probably looked like an easy sale to these “salesmen”.
Well there was an older gentleman Michael, who was pushing us to buy. When I decided no, he then told us that we can buy it and try it out if we don’t like it we can return it simple as that!! Well Mike, I was sold then and he knew it, he had me sign everything electronically didn’t let me read a thing, yeah I was naive.
Anyway, when everything was delivered, the sheets were stained, disgusting.
The bed ended up being terrible as I expected and so I called to return only to be told that only the mattress is returnable and not the base which is majority of the price. LOL got us there Mike!!!! You really screwed us with that lie, what a salesman.
So customer service offered a mattress topper to see if it’ll help, it did and I was settling until the mattress topper doesn’t even stay on?!?! It’s on correctly and everything they told me to buy carpet stickers to avoid it from slipping off LOL thousands of dollars but can’t make a topper that doesn’t fall off the bed.
Lastly, the day they delivered this mattress I was told to call them when we move and they would gladly move the bed for us as it’s so heavy and hard to disassemble…
The time comes for our moved and I’m told that they can come disassemble our be, then we must move it, and then they have to come ANOTHER DAY to assemble it, we are moving 10 minutes away and our toddler sleeps in this bed… so we’re left with no bed… AND they wanted to charge us 250$ JUST TO DISSASSEMBKE( not included reassemble) WHAT A JOKE this company steals your money and LIES I don’t know how they don’t have a lawsuit already. If anyone on here has had a same experience I would love to take further actions.
In response to the owners response: he had me sign electronically so no he read everything and then just asked me to sign, he visibly showed me nothing and I’m sure he took advantage of the fact we were young parents and I was occupied with my 3 month old. Your response helps nothing, I’ve called every time since the first lie Michael told us, and you guys have done nothing to help because you don’t care. Just want to keep charging us and taking our money for absolutely anything you can get.
I think it is finally time to involve an attorney.

unimpressed with the bed and quality. my bed keeps giving an error that requires a power cycle almost every day. I called customer service and all they did was to power cycle the bed and pass the buck to another department. the sales rep does a good job at selling, but the minute you buy, they don't care about you anymore. save the money and buy a regular mattress
