I love the store but it is so weird that after all these years they don’t give out perfume samples which or $1 billion company seems to be very stingy how can you buy perfume without having a miniature tester- I can’t do thatThey gave me some nonsense about Covid Has nothing to do with Covid. Not one of the employees was wearing a mask so where does Ccome in to giving samples What does that have to do with CovidI went in for my birthday gift they were out of two out of four items what is going on with Sephora really and the sample for your birthday is getting smaller and smaller every year !!!My Friend says she never wants to come back. Sad but true and I must sayI’ve been shopping Sephora since it opened in Town Center, Boca Raton .I kind of agree with her

How can you not love it. If they don't have something you can just get it online. Also I like the fact that they sell gluten free lipstick.

I must say this Sephora team is the best I ever encountered.Olivia, Jackie, Glenda, Jonathan and Sam were all so helpful and handled me with so much care for a last minute Christmas gift close to closing time! Their manager Lillian was a hero in my book for allowing me to make the purchase. This team definitely made someone very happy for Christmas.Thank you guys!

Honestly this was my 3rd experience at this location so now I’m writing a review. Every single time I’ve been at this location I’ve had a bad experience with staff. Today I called to ask a simple question the lady in the phone was extremely rude and said that they couldn’t help. I then called the boca location and they were able to help me with my problem and answer my questions. I guess I’ll be driving to boca from now on because this locations staff is absolutely horrible.

I had my "full face" make up done by Amanda prior to a family photo shoot and she did a great job at delivering what i asked for (a natural, daytime look). Amanda was patient, professional and did a great job so I figured she deserved a review!

Avery rocks! He is such a nice, gentle man. Avery is very knowledgeable. He helped me with concealer and tinted moisturizer. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions/advice accordingly. I feel confident knowing I chose the right products for me. Thank you Avery!

Worst customer service ever. First I had a same day delivery order and it was delivered to the wrong apartment. I went to the Sephora store and they asked everyone that was dolled up if they needed help. When I asked they gave me attitude. Maybe I didn’t fit there standards. I had questions and needed assistance never received it so I walked out. I had signed up as a customer to get same day delivery but I’m canceling that now. I will never go to Sephora again

Never disappointed with this Sephora. Always stock with everything I need and everyone is so helpful. Last time I showed them a picture of what I wanted and she helped to get exactly that. The only problem is finding parking other than that is my favorite location.

Four people standing around. Not one person asked if I needed help or assistance. Better off @ Ulta or Sephora in Boca. Guess its hard to get good employees. Never going back there.

The ladies that work there are great! They answered all of my questions, we tried several products until I was satisfied. Plus she gave me samples of others that I might want to purchase later. I would highly recommend going there to anyone.

Please give me a chance to shop in peace ?♀️ This is my therapy, this is what makes me happy ?♀️ This girl that might be a manager saw me looking at some stuff she screamed at me asking if I’m ready to check out like if I was, I would be in front of the register ?♀️ give me a chance please ? the store is not yours woman ?♀️why can’t you let me shop in peace? I know at what time the store closes and there were other customers why did you chose me? Terrible experience. The only nice employees are the two guys and the black ladies. One time I went, manager snatched away the guy that was helping me find my foundation match ?♀️IDK why those managers still work there. Worst place to shop , terrible customer service

I never write reviews however the employees are detached, uncommitted and don't know their products. I asked for recommendations from two different employees and they were clueless. Next time I will shop in Boca Raton if I decide to stay with Sephora. The store was empty and the employees were hanging out with each other and appeared as though they were on break.

May 2023 • Deerfield Beach • IG : SPICEPINKIE1I am here for business and it was Mt 1st time in this Sephora :1 Parking is NOT super easy because it is in a town center so keep in mind that you need to park probably a bit further from the store and walk2 The store itself is super clean and organized3 I liked that the Employees here Don't harass or follow you asking constantly "What do u need? Do u need help?" . I loved the freedom4 I already knew the perfume I was buying as I buy it all the time but I also wanted something new and when I was ready I asked to an employee. I cannot remember her name but she was SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL! She also gave me tips about oil perfumes and the spray and I did trust her and bought a new onethank u!
