Everyone is friendly and helpful at this location. Keep in mind it's like a mini sephora with about 40% of an actual sephora has so not all your fave brands may be in this storefront. Also, if you purchase at another sephora you can't return at this location or any sephora that's inside a department store just a FYI..other than that I like having this lil gem inside of Kohls.

This Sephora does not accept do exchange or refund if you bought your products from other Sephora store which is ridiculous is super inconvenient.

The manager of this store should be embarrassed. This place is a disaster. Nothing is straightened up. And as a manager, if it isn't done, this falls on you. Terrible terrible store. It looked like a second hand store after a hurricane. Absolutely terrible. Shame on Kohls and their management. A huge disgrace.

Christmas shopping can be a pain, for both customers and employees alike; but "Dennis Da Menace" despite his name was really quite helpful and an absolute joy to checkout with (for me, my mom, and my roommate). He really made the experience and the only reason I gave this rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices can be a little on the high side for irregular customers.

the customer service is horrible. Rude unprofessional staff. They use fake advertising. i had a coupon for certain percentage and they refused to use it. Waited 30 minutes on the line while staff was avoiding to take customers. I will never shop here!

Well seems my last review was 2017 and I haven't done business with Kohl's since. I am your target customer and should love Kohl's. Today I found myself needing to order Nike running shoes for my son. Zappos didn't have his size. Wow, what a time wasting website. Thanks Kohl's.Put the shoes in the bag to get a price. Ugh, seriously, what am I at 12 year old girl at a birthday party? Then I have to spend 10 or 15 minutes trying to figure out the stupid coupon system. Hopefully, I can make it at least 5 more years without dealing with Kohl's again. I have a few clothing pieces from the old days of Kohl's that I still love such as a high quality cotton zipper sweatshirt. Clothing quality now is very poor. Where do I buy my basics? Uniqlo, do I pay a ton for shipping? Yes, worth it, absolutely.New owners/management take heed. I would have preferred to share this directly with Kohl's customer service but typing 'complaint' in the customer service bot window shows no results. Ah, I do feel better now.

Well, I went here because I got a birthday reward from them and figured why not. I hadn't been here in a very long time. They have all kinds of clothing, purses, items for the house and more. I ended up buying make up/foundation and I am very happy with it (NYX). I'm not a big fan of the adult women clothing but I could see coming here for presents and other items for the home. Everything is divided up by sections (women, kids etc) so you don't have to go looking all over the store for your item. If you have a credit card, you get Kohl's Cash so that helps as well with taking money off the top! Check it out -well priced. And the employees were very helpful and friendly. (they asked a few times if I needed help and when I checked out I asked about a certain coupon and she told me she had already tried to apply it but it is not applicable for makeup).

Another shopping experience that has a good variety for the entire family. The best deals seem to happen if you have their credit card since they offer huge discounts and Kohl's cash to use a couple weeks later. I do like that they sell character T-shirts for everything and rock bands. They have bedding, kitchen, jewelry and toys! They are also an Amazon return center which most definitely draws people into the store. They have a huge parking lot and sit on the corner of a busy intersection but the store sits far enough back from the traffic.

I recently purchased clothing on Amazon. Since it did not fit, Amazon informed me that it could be returned at the Amazon Counter at Kohl's. This was the first time I had heard of this. What a great idea!Since I was already in the store and Amazon had just given me a coupon to use, I decided to look around. I actually found great items to purchase at great prices.The reason for the low rating on this review is;No sales people were around some of the departments. The ones that were there in lingerie did not offer any help. Now one was in Women's.The dressing rooms were all packed with clothing mostly on the bench or floor. Nobody was handling the dressing rooms.The store has so much potential. It's a shame that it is managed this way. The sales were great with lots of merchandise offered. The check out line was quick. The cashier was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.

I like this Kohl's location! The store is organized and zoned well. The prices are signed well, and there are price check stations located throughout the store. Even the clearance racks are in good order. There's a nice selection in every department, so shopping is fun here. The dressing rooms are still closed because of COVID, so that's a bummer. The cashiers are generally friendly, ask if you have any coupons or Kohl's cash, and move at a decent pace! The parking lot is ample, and there's plenty if space to park. I will definitely be back!
