Went through some delays with repairs to my floors after it was initially put down, but they eventually got it done...It just took a while, and communication could have been better.

Very efficient and talented crew. All the right tooling and equipment!No compromise on detail work. This includes all moldings and closets!They did not slacken install pace and gave us above and beyond!

We were thoroughly pleased with the work that quantum floors did in our home. The team was timely, they had great communication, and they were knowledgeable. They were very efficient, accommodating, and even cleaned up as they went, which is a big plus in our book. Can’t, thank you guys enough, it looks great, and we truly do appreciate the attention you all showed my family and I.

My wife and I recently had our floors installed by Quantum Floors and the service was excellent. Gui was very knowledgeable, professional and was always available to answer any questions that we had. The installation took only two days and the process from beginning to end went smoothly. We recommend Quantum Floors for all your flooring needs.

We had a very good experience with Quantum Floors . Gui, the salesman was very helpful as he suggested some color combos to go with our nutmeg/cherry cabinets . We took home multiple samples & Roanoke Hickory of the watershed line was the perfect one for us. The installation team was very professional & did a wonderful job . The head guy never took a break and was an absolute workhorse . Do yourself a big favor and get over to their store. The store is very well laid out with a beautiful selection of flooring.

Quantum Floors, Coconut Creek, was engaged to complete what should have been a 3-day flooring job; however, took over 1 month to complete. The delay is attributed to clerical and measurement errors that could have been prevented from the very beginning by front office staff, and a flooring product that wasn't delivered timely to complete the job. The store manager went above and beyond to try to rectify the situation with us as customers, however, customer service from support staff could be better.Advice: 1) Ensure flooring inventory is available before you start any job to meet customer demands and needs. 2) Train "all" front office staff/clerks to practice value added customer service. At one point during the engagement, one of the measurement clerks indicated he could only speak via text and not via phone.The rating is due to the high-quality flooring that was provided. However, customer service received by the support team was inconsistent and could have been better. Overall, value added customer service from "ALL" point of contacts and responsiveness is what brings value to the customer experience. Not only the product.

My laminate floors are stunning! The installation was quick and efficient. Quantum floors did an outstanding job from start to finish. They are polite, hard working, professional and punctual. We highly recommend them and will use them again!

The worst experience I’ve ever had didn’t put the floor in right had to redo it still not right and all he wanted to do is get his money or he put a lien on my house and only took two months for them to try and fix it.
